Attorney Quattrochi attended Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Attorney Quattrochi is a Connecticut native growing up in and around New York City. His legal career began in New York City as a Corporate Paralegal specializing in large-scale financial transactions. In 2011, Attorney Quattrochi founded the T.J. Pramer Scholarship Fund with Wilton High School. During Law School, Attorney Quattrochi worked as a Personal Injury Paralegal, handling pre-litigation case management duties for a local Personal Injury law firm. As a paralegal, he created and managed the Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) department. Upon graduation, Attorney Quattrochi was already well versed in 1st and 3rd party Insurance disputes, having handled Personal Injury and Contractual disputes from intake through trial. Attorney Quattrochi has developed a knack for civil litigation, his focus and passion for justice is corroborated by countless satisfied clients.

Estefania Laurita, a partner at the Immigration Advocates, is a licensed attorney in Florida, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and a Juris Doctor from Barry University-Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Throughout her academic journey, Estefania demonstrated strong leadership in organizations such as the American Constitution Society and the Hispanic American Law Student Association. Her active involvement in the Immigration Clinic resulted in the successful prevention of a client’s deportation. Beyond her legal pursuits, Mrs. Laurita is deeply dedicated to community service. She dedicated her time to teaching Citizenship classes and assisting low-income immigrants with Temporary Protected Status and Naturalization. Estefania is determined to channel this commitment into serving clients at The Immigration Advocates, where she brings both her expertise and firsthand understanding to make a meaningful impact.

Shirley Duran is a licensed attorney in Florida and practices immigration law. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and obtained her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law, where she distinguished herself by ranking in the top 10% of her class. As the proud daughter of Dominican immigrants, Ms. Duran offers a unique perspective to the legal field shaped by her secondhand experience with the immigration process. Her commitment to excellence and advocacy is evident in her work, where she strives to make a meaningful impact in her community.

Shelby Sielaff is a licensed attorney in Florida and serves as the Associate Attorney and Head of Legal Operations at The Immigration Advocates. With nine years of experience in the legal field, Ms. Sielaff brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law, where she distinguished herself in leadership roles within organizations such as the Women Lawyers Association, Student Bar Association, and Barry Environmental & Earth Law Journal. Ms. Sielaff’s leadership, academic achievements, and practical experience make her an invaluable asset to The Immigration Advocates team. Her passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals is evident in her dedication to making a positive impact in the field. Tamaira Rivera, Senior Legal Counsel at The Immigration Advocates, brings a wealth of expertise in immigration law and is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and Washington D.C. With extensive experience as a former Immigration Judge and as an ICE immigration prosecutor with the Department of Homeland Security, Ms. Rivera is well-versed in complex immigration matters and committed to serving her clients with precision and dedication. Ms. Rivera also served with distinction as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer in the U.S. Air Force for ten years, attaining the rank of Major. Ms. Rivera was stationed in Texas, Arizona, Washington, D.C., as well as international postings in Okinawa, Japan, and Madrid, Spain. A native Spanish speaker, Ms. Rivera has a passion for travel, theater, and discovering local events and culinary spots. Her diverse background and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team and clients.

Jean Pierre Espinoza is a native of Lima, Perú. In 2004, Mr. Espinoza graduated from Universidad de San Martin de Porres (USMP) with an LL.B. (Bachelors in Law) and a law degree. He was admitted into the Lima Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados de Lima) in 2006. In 2008, Mr. Espinoza graduated with an LL.M. (Masters in Law) in Comparative Law with a Certificate in International Business and Trade Law from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. In 2010, he graduated with a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and was admitted into the Florida Bar Association. He has been licensed to practice law in Florida for more than 10 years. He has been immersed in both legal systems: civil law and common law. He worked as a NAFTA Panel Assistant and a Research Assistant for the Center for Governmental Responsibility of the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. While in Peru, Mr. Espinoza clerked for the most important law firms in Lima in areas such as commercial law, intellectual property, bankruptcy, civil litigation, and contracts. He also clerked for INDECOPI (National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property). When in the United States, he realized the importance of immigration and nationality law in the life of millions of immigrants residing in this country and oriented his career to this area of law. He clerked for different immigration firms in Florida. When a law student, Mr. Espinoza was granted the Florida Bar Foundation fellowship and he spent an entire summer as an intern in the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center (FIAC) in Miami, Florida. Also, while in law school, he was one of the founders and the first president of the Immigration Law Student Association (ILSA) at Stetson University College of Law. He researched different topics of immigration law and as a result, he published legal articles in venues such as Florida International Law Journal, Benders Immigration Bulletin, Journal for Migration and Refugee Issues, and Immigration Daily. Mr. Espinoza has been a speaker in venues such as Polk County Courthouse and Stetson University College of Law. He is constantly invited to speak to the Hispanic community in central Florida in churches, non-profit organizations, and educational events. He has been interviewed in the past by newspapers, radio stations, and television news programs. Mr. Espinoza is fluent in English and Spanish and has a basic knowledge of Portuguese. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Lakeland Bar Association (LBA), and the Catholic Lawyers’ Guild of Central Florida. He is the current president of the Hispanic Bar Association for the Tenth Judicial Circuit.

Attorney Morales obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico. He is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association. His practice in the USA is limited to immigration and nationality. law. Mr. Morales is fluent in English and Spanish.
