Mr. Conway can serve your needs efficiently, competently and affordably. He started out in the Fairfax County Circuit Court as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Gerald B. Lee in 1992. Since that time Mr. Conway has successfully represented clients with a variety of legal issues.

Mr. Conway has a significant amount of litigation experience in three particular areas: residential construction litigation; fraud actions, including civil conspiracies, and real estate-related litigation. Mr. Conway has a paperless office and utilizes practice management software, which allows him to maintain continuous email communications with his clients, to file and manage documents efficiently, and to plan and execute litigation strategies.
