Heber Simmons III, the founder of Simmons Dallas, PLLC, is a lawyer who always remembers whom he represents, and keeps their interests at heart from start to finish. Je’Nell B. Blum is a Shareholder of Dukes, Dukes, Keating & Faneca, P.A. Je’Nell attended San Diego State University, where she was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta.
