Heber Simmons III, the founder of Simmons Dallas, PLLC, is a lawyer who always remembers whom he represents, and keeps their interests at heart from start to finish. He is licensed in all federal and state courts in Mississippi and Tennessee. He originally started his legal practice in 1989 with the firm of Watkins Ludlam and Stennis in Jackson, Mississippi. He then joined Armstrong Allen, a Memphis, Tennessee firm, to start a Mississippi office in 1994. After becoming Managing Partner, Mr. Simmons decided to pursue his individual interests and the freedom to represent clients across a broad spectrum of legal matters. He has served as an adjunct professor of Healthcare Law at the Else School of Management at Millsaps College, and authored and co-authored many published materials, including the Mississippi Chapter from West Publication's Product Liability in 50 States, and numerous lectures for continuing education seminars and in-house presentations. Mr. Simmons is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, and National Health Lawyers Association. He serves as a member of the Mississippi Bar Committees for Health Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is active with the Rotary Club of Jackson, where he currently serves as a member of its Board of Directors. He enjoys time with his family, as well as hunting, fishing, archery, tennis, golf, scuba diving and being an amateur carpenter. Mr. Simmons has been named a SuperLawyer by Top Lawyers of Mid-South for 2012, 2013, and 2014, and he has served as the Chairman of the Medicine and Law Committee of the American Bar Association, and President of the Jackson Rotary Club (2011-2012).

Robert Ogletree has built a diverse practice representing both corporations and individuals. After graduating at the top of his class from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi, Mr. Clanton served as a law clerk to the late Honorable David A. Nelson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Clanton’s prior professional experience includes tenure as a shareholder in a large, national AmLaw 200 law firm. He has also previously served as Chief Counsel to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on the Constitution, where he acted as Chief Counsel advising both the Chairman and the Members of the Judiciary Committee on legislation and Congressional oversight, regulatory authority, civil and constitutional rights, Congressional authority, separation of powers, proposed constitutional amendments and oversight of the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice and the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. While practicing with the law firm of Baker Donelson, he handled civil litigation in both Mississippi and Washington, D.C.

Je’Nell B. Blum is a Shareholder of Dukes, Dukes, Keating & Faneca, P.A. Je’Nell attended San Diego State University, where she was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta. She graduated in 1990, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Criminal Justice Administration and minor in Sociology. Je’Nell attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, where she received her J.D. in December of 1994. During Law School, Je’Nell was a member of law review, serving as a writer and an editor for the San Diego Justice Journal. She was recognized in Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities for 1993-1994 and 1994-1995. After Practicing Law for five years in California as Corporate Counsel for Innovia Health, Inc. and as an associate attorney with The Law office of Richard A. Thomas, Je’Nell relocated to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and joined Dukes, Dukes, Keating & Faneca in 2001. Je’Nell and her husband, Mike Blum, are the proud parents of six children. They attend Mosaic Church in Ocean Springs.

Shane was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi, where he was educated at St. Aloysius High School. He later attended Millsaps College, before earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Shane began his law career as an associate attorney at Wilkins, Stephens & Tipton in Jackson, Mississippi. In 2003, Shane moved to Columbus, Mississippi, and began working at the Studdard Law Firm. Shane formed the Tompkins Law Firm in 2012 and today, primarily practices in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury and criminal defense. Professionally, Shane is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Mississippi Public Defender's Association. In addition, he has been the Lowndes County Bar Association President and is currently the Board Attorney for Golden Triangle Waste Services. Shane also serves as the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Aberdeen, Mississippi. Shane is married to Julie Pryse Tompkins. Shane and Julie have two sons, John and Jack. They reside in Columbus, Mississippi.
