Eugene Redmann is a lifelong resident of New Orleans. After attending Jesuit High School for two years, Gene graduated from O. Perry Walker High School in 1976. Gene worked in private business and then received a degree in accounting from Loyola University in 1988. He entered Loyola University School of Law in 1988 and graduated in 1991. Gene began clerking at the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans as a junior in law school in 1990 for the Honorable Gerald P. Fedoroff and continued there until 1992. Gene then went in to private practice, where he continues today. Gene comes from a distinguished line of lawyers. His father, the Honorable William V. Redmann, was a Court of Appeal Judge in New Orleans from 1967 until 1987 when he retired as Chief Judge due to health reasons. Two of Gene’s eight siblings are lawyers. More than 40 of Gene’s extended family are lawyers in the New Orleans area. Gene has been in private practice for the past 20 years. He has a wide practice, including personal injury, criminal and DWI cases and many traffic offense cases. Additionally, Gene handles divorce and family cases, civil matters and expungement of criminal records.

Cameron J. Windham is an associate attorney at Nicaud & Sunseri and has been with the firm since 2021. A Washington, DC native, Cameron studied English at Amherst College in Massachusetts and pitched on the varsity baseball team. He graduated from Tulane Law School in 2021 where he earned a certificate in sports law. Cameron was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in October of 2022. Cameron has primarily been handling Hurricane Ida claims since the storm devasted southern Louisiana in September of 2021. Additionally, he has worked on various family law matters and numerous disputes concerning small businesses. Cameron is eager to broaden his legal experience in other areas not limited to business and corporate law, social security, and Name, Image and Likeness for Collegiate athletes.

Katie graduated from St. Scholastica Academy in Covington, LA. Thereafter, Katie graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree from the Manship School of Mass Communications. Kathryn Sunseri was admitted to the Louisiana bar in 2020 and is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State Courts as a member of the Louisiana State Bar, Jefferson Parish Bar Association, Orleans Parish Bar Association, and St. Tammany Bar Association. Katie has made an appearance on WWL New Orleans radio show “All Things Legal” on 870 AM/105.3 FM.

Since his admission to the Louisiana Bar in 1988, J. Douglas Sunseri has practiced in diverse areas of the law. From 1990-1994, J. Douglas Sunseri worked under Attorney J. William Becknell, the legal counsel for Mr. John Mecom, Jr. and his affiliated companies. Mr. Mecom was the initial owner of the New Orleans Saints and had numerous holdings in oil & gas, hotels, real estate, professional sports and related businesses. Mr. Sunseri has conducted numerous seminars on topics involving Hurricane Katrina, government contracting, land contracting, construction, employment issues, worker's compensation and estate planning. Also, Mr. Sunseri serves as legal counsel for the Gulf Coast Government Contractors Association (GCGCA), a trade association for securing government contracts in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast region. Recently, Mr. Sunseri was named as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Louisiana by Louisiana Attorney James "Buddy" Caldwell.

Miguel Abraham Elias is an aggressive litigation attorney with strong leadership, vast trial experience, and excellent negotiation skills. Born in Puerto Rico and half Cuban, Miguel is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish. Miguel left Puerto Rico when he was fifteen years old to study at Monteverde High School near Orlando, Florida. He then attended Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana, graduating in May of 1994 with a Bachelor in Business Administration and a concentration in Management and Marketing. He went on to pursue a law degree at Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in Common Law with Civil Certificate in May of 1997. Wyman spent the first four years of his practice with a national firm primarily representing insurance companies in losses sustained as a result of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Gustav. Wyman also represented carriers and insurers in property damage and personal injury losses sustained as a result of transportation activities, as well as doing general liability litigation. Due to the very nature of his practice, Wyman had the opportunity to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, in addition to over fifteen different state district courts.
