For more than forty years, Steve has zealously advocated for the rights of the injured against many of the largest and well-funded corporations in the United States and abroad, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients and class members. Steve primarily practices in the areas of class action litigation, multidistrict litigation, and other complex litigation brought on behalf of plaintiffs. As a testament to not only his legal acumen but also his ability to work cooperatively with others, he is routinely appointed by state and federal courts to positions of leadership in class actions and multi-district litigation. In addition to his extensive litigation practice, Steve is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer for Continuing Legal Education credit in the states of Louisiana and Mississippi, primarily on the subject of ethics and class action litigation. An avid sailor, Steve spends what little free time he has competing in regattas around the globe.

Attorney Vincent Trombatore advises businesses, founders, and growth-stage companies on matters involving business law, intellectual property, technology, commercial contracts, and disputes. Licensed in Louisiana and Texas, Vincent works with clients on business formation and structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, trademark and intellectual property protection, technology-related legal issues, and outside general counsel matters. His practice focuses on helping businesses move beyond reactive legal problem-solving toward practical legal structures that support growth, protect ownership, manage risk, and create long-term business value. A native of the Lafayette, Louisiana area, Vincent earned his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he received a Certificate in International Legal Studies. Before law school, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with minors in Chemistry and Political Science, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. His science background helped shape his interest in intellectual property, technology, innovation, and the intersection of law and business. Vincent also studied Comparative Intellectual Property Law through Santa Clara University School of Law's Munich program and interned with Zimmermann & Partner in Munich, Germany, gaining international exposure to intellectual property and business law. Since entering practice, Vincent has represented and advised clients on business formation and governance, commercial agreements, trademarks and intellectual property portfolios, entertainment matters, technology and digital business issues, and commercial disputes. His experience includes helping entrepreneurs protect and commercialize their brands and intellectual property, negotiating mergers and acquisitions and business relationships, and advising companies as their legal needs become more complex. Vincent serves as Of Counsel to LaBorde Legal Group, where he supports the firm's business, intellectual property, technology, and growth-company initiatives. He works with founder-led and closely held businesses that need practical counsel concerning contracts, governance, IP ownership, technology risk, commercial relationships, and recurring legal needs. Vincent's approach is grounded in a straightforward principle: legal advice should account for how a business actually operates. He works to understand a client's objectives, identify material legal and business risks, and develop practical solutions that allow owners and management teams to make informed decisions and move their businesses forward.

Attorney Meghan Notariano Liddell, a Hammond native, is not only a longtime member of our team, she is a former personal injury client. Like Parker, Meghan’s #1 focus is helping people injured in wrecks recover the compensation they deserve. Her experience as a prior personal injury client helps Meghan relate to our clients and guide them through this process. Meghan is a licensed attorney in Louisiana with a Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center, where she was named to the Chancellor’s List. Meghan also holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Southeastern Louisiana University. Meghan was previously featured as a Future 40 under Forty Leaders by The Daily Star in 2018. In 2022, Meghan was named as a member of the Multi Million dollar advocate forum for being central in obtaining compensation for a single injured client of Two Million Dollars or more. She has honed her skills as one of our firm’s big truck lawyers by obtaining national training through the American Association for Justice. Due to her success for our clients over the years, Meghan has been selected to Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, for the last three consecutive years. Only 2.5% of attorneys in Louisiana receive this distinction. Following in Parker’s footsteps, Meghan was appointed as legal counsel for Consolidated Gravity Drainage District #1 of Tangipahoa Parish in 2021. Meghan also maintains active membership in several professional organizations, including the Louisiana State Bar Association, Louisiana Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, 21st JDC Bar Association, and Florida Parishes Inns of Court where she previously served as Social Chair in 2018. Meghan’s favorite thing to do in her free time is spend time with her husband Eric and their son, Beau.
