After graduation from the University of Notre Dame and University of Virginia Law School Terry served as a Captain with the 64th Military Police Company in Toul, France, was an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Newport News and has been engaged in the private practice of law in Newport News since 1969. While a member of the City Council for the City of Newport News from 1990 to 2002 Terry served on many Commissions and Boards within the City and the National League of Cities. Lawyer Paul Freeman earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Norfolk State University and his master’s degree at the same university. Following his interest in law and passion for justice, he attained his Juris Doctor at the William & Mary Law School. He has been practicing law for seven years and is currently an attorney at Woodmere Law P.L.L.C. in Williamsburg, VA.
