Rencher Law Group, P.C. (“RLG”) was founded by David Leonardo Rencher (“D.L.”). Mr. Rencher Esq. is from Grand Rapids, Michigan where he joined the United States Marine Corps right after High School to serve this great nation. While a Marine, Mr. Rencher Esq. served as an Aircraft Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician and cross-trained with multiple structural fire departments serving Camp Pendleton. He was the recipient of the National Service Defense Medal and a accommodation for Outstanding Military Service during Operation Desert Storm. Mr. Rencher Esq. attended junior college while still an active-duty Marine and transferred to the University of California Los Angeles (“UCLA”). With no family financial support, he worked his way through undergraduate as a Trauma Scribe and Telemetry Technician at a local hospital. Mr. Rencher Esq. briefly considered medical school but due to a never dying interest in social injustice he attended law school where he thrived. Interestingly, Mr. Rencher Esq. took a brief detour through film/arts studies starring in multiple plays and productions including but limited The Lion Witch and the Wardrobe and Macbeth. Although he enjoyed the arts, that ever-present desire to fight for those without a voice remained. Thus, Mr. Rencher Esq. shifted his focus to law, foregoing a “casting call” for the “Power Rangers” to sit for the Law School Admissions Test. Mr. Rencher Esq. graduated from UCLA with honors and attended Hastings College of the Law. He was a member of the Trial Team and received the Moot Court Award for “Best Oral Advocate.” Mr. Rencher Esq. was also a Legal Education Opportunity Program (“LEOP”) Teaching Assistant and mentored first-year law students in their transition. He then interned at the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office where he specialized in opposing suppression motions in Driving Under the Influence (DUI) cases. Mr. Rencher Esq. started his practice of law defending health care professionals expanding into a wide range defense of licensed professionals. He then broadened his practice to the defense of medical institutions, businesses, professionals from all fields, and individuals accused of select crimes. He has since sharpened his skills as a litigator; now he now enjoys trying general litigation cases, personal injury and wrongful death cases, and elder abuse, to bring justice to those injured or killed at the hands of others. As a client RLG, you will benefit from Mr. Rencher Esq.’s vast experience and tenacity in the prosecution of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death matters and/or Elder Abuse matters. Elinor Leary is the team leader of the Leary Trial Team which handles complex cases that involve life-altering injuries or death. Elinor has expertise with cases that involve construction and worksite injuries, defective products, dangerous property conditions, negligent security, car and truck collisions, and incidents that involve pedestrians and bicyclists. Elinor has tried cases to verdict as well as reached large settlements in numerous other cases, including cases listed in The Recorder's "Top Settlements" publications. Elinor provides extensive knowledge of the civil justice system and a commitment to helping clients when they face difficult times after a catastrophe. We help clients who have suffered fractures, amputations, head injuries, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and burn injuries. We also help families who have lost loved ones due to the fault of others in wrongful death actions. We have experience helping construction workers, laborers, truck drivers, union members, and other professionals and their families. In addition to handling cases from start to finish, Elinor also serves as trial counsel when colleagues call for last-minute help. Elinor has been a clinical professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she taught advanced law students case investigation, courtroom advocacy, jury selection, and trial skills. Elinor believes in giving back to the community and devotes time to pro bono service for the San Francisco and Bay Area communities. Her pro bono work was previously recognized with nominations for the State Bar of California President's Pro Bono Service Award and Jack Berman Award of Achievement. Elinor enjoys travel and lived for a time in Mexico City. She speaks Spanish fluently. She lives in San Francisco where she enjoys time spent with family and friends, preferably outdoors.

Ryan Hafey is a distinguished attorney known for his deep commitment to social justice and extensive experience in immigration law. His legal career began at The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, where he provided critical support within the Department of Airports. He later transitioned to Immigration Law, handling complex asylum and deportation cases at a major San Francisco law firm. His work primarily involved representing clients from India, Nepal, and Central America, where he gained a reputation for his meticulous and culturally sensitive approach to legal advocacy. In 2021, Ryan joined a law firm in San Leandro, continuing his focus on immigrant advocacy. He has successfully guided numerous clients, particularly those from Haryana and Punjab, India, through the asylum process. Partnering with Shahzeen, Ryan has expanded his practice to offer Immigration and Naturalization services nationwide. He is licensed in California and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Ryan's academic background, including a Juris Doctorate from UCLA, underpins his compassionate and composed approach to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges, making a significant impact on the lives of immigrant families across the United States.

Cynthia Cho is the founder of the CC Law Group and its principal attorney.Cynthia has built her reputation as a highly successful attorney by being not only an excellent lawyer, but also a hands-on and compassionate advocate for her clients. She does not confine herself to consultations and conference room strategies, but is a highly experienced courtroom lawyer as well, championing her clients' cases from start to finish, as she guides them through the often-overwhelming maze of the ever-changing legal process.Cynthia has been practicing law in the Alameda/Contra Costa/Santa Clara/San Mateo Counties area for over 21 years and is well known and respected within the local legal community.
