About Rose
My name is Rose Marie Allenstein. I was born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama. I have worked at my father's law office since I was 15 years old and I am honored to have the privilege to join my father in helping represent those who have been wronged and/or injured.
I received my high school diploma from The Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I graduated from the University of Alabama, where I graduated with majors in Philosophy and Political Science, in addition to a minor in Business Management. I graduated from the University of Alabama Law School in May of 2000 and sat for the Alabama State Bar Exam in July. I was admitted to the practice of law in Alabama on September 29, 2000.
My father and I are one of the few father/daughter attorney teams practicing together in Alabama. We have dedicated this practice to representing clients with excellence and compassion. I look forward to a career helping people and building on the experience of my father's twenty-seven years in practice.
I am married to Mark Perkins, a financial advisor with American Express Financial Advisors. In May, we added a new addition to the family, William Scott.
