B. Spann is a native of New Orleans, La. He received a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2021, an MBA from Tulane University Freeman School of Business in 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts/Business from Tulane University in 2002. In addition, he was a 4 year letterwinner on the Tulane mens basketball team from 1999-2002. He is also a graduate of Jesuit Highschool in New Orleans, La. B. Spann is a trial attorney who represents parties in criminal defense, personal injury, and business law transactions. Additional, he represents various businesses, educational institutions, and individuals in various civil and commercial litigation and trial matters.

A native New Yorker, Jonathan Gill has practiced law in New York since 1988. He began his career as an assistant district attorney in the Bronx. As a prosecutor in the Major Offense and Homicide Bureaus, he conducted more than 50 jury trials with a 96% conviction rate. Those cases included the examination of expert witnesses in orthopedics, neurology, trauma surgery, pathology, accident reconstruction and other disciplines, a background that serves him well in personal injury and defense litigation. In addition to serving as a Senior Trial Attorney in the Major Offense & Homicide Bureaus, Mr. Gill was also Deputy Director of Litigation Training for the incoming classes of newly hired ADA's. In 1997, Mr. Gill joined his future partner as a Senior Trial Associate for the staff counsel office of The Travelers Insurance Company, gaining valuable litigation and management skills. He prepared and tried major personal injury and wrongful death cases. He also supervised the first in-house, state-wide subrogation team for The Travelers and developed and managed subrogation lines for major cases, including property, auto and workers' compensation cases. Prior to heading up the New York Subrogation Unit, Mr. Gill supervised a team of 10 attorneys and two paralegals that exclusively handled automobile liability litigation. Mr. Gill also created and implemented several training programs for new lawyers. In 2004, Mr. Gill co-founded Creedon & Gill P.C., with its main office in Northport, New York. A member of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association, Mr. Gill is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court (federal court) for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Gill has lectured on various tort negligence issues for Claim Litigation Management.

Shannon Moore was born in Huntsville, Alabama. He is a graduate of Grissom High School and he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He went on to get his juris doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. Upon graduation from law school in 1998 he went on to found a law firm with a fellow graduate from law school. He has been in the private practice of law since that time. His practice focuses on criminal law, family law, and personal injury. Over the years, Shannon has represented numerous individuals and has been involved with both bench trials as well as jury trials. In addition, he was the prosecutor for the City of Madison for several years. Shannon is a past president of the Madison County Young Lawyers and he is a member of the Madison County Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association, and the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association. In addition to his legal activities, Shannon is an active member of the local community. He is a lifelong member of Trinity United Methodist Church and has taught Sunday school there. He was a member of the Criminal Justice Advisory Board at Virginia College in Huntsville, Al. He currently is a board member on the South Huntsville Civic Association and a board member of the South Huntsville Library Steering Committee. Shannon Moore has managed several political campaigns over the years and has run for office himself.

Attorney Kimmel is a Senior Partner whose primary practice area is civil litigation with a focus on family law and general civil litigation including personal injury. Attorney Kimmel is admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of Connecticut as well as the Connecticut federal district courts. He is a member of the Connecticut, Milford and Fairfield County Bar Associations, as well as the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). Greg Kimmel is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law (J.D. 1997). He received his M.B.A. in management from Sacred Heart University in 1997 and his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island (B.A. 1991). Greg currently serves as the Chairman of the Pension and Retirement Board of the City of Milford of which he has been a member for the past 7 years. He previously served as the Vice Chairman of the building committee for the Orange Avenue Athletic Complex. Greg is the former president and long time board member of Birchwood Country Club. In his spare time Greg has been actively involved in coaching youth athletics in Milford.

Paul J. Dillon is the managing partner of the firm. Since 1992, Mr. Dillon maintains specialties in the fields of business law, real estate law, personal injury, employment, and criminal matters. Mr. Dillon combines his outstanding academic and legal credentials with the business and accounting experience he obtained while working for a national accounting and consulting firm, to identify and explain to clients, adversaries, and juries the financial impact of various legal issues and disputes. After spending nearly five years with the consulting practice of Arthur Anderson & Co., Mr. Dillon earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1992. During law school, Mr. Dillon was awarded clerkship at the Wayne County Circuit Court, the United States Attorney General's Office, and Pepper Hamilton LLP, a nationally recognized law firm. Mr. Dillon received his bachelor of arts in 1984 from Kalamazoo College, where he captained the Division III football team for two years, while also being active in intercollegiate baseball and wrestling. Mr. Dillon also studied in Hannover, Germany for a semester of his undergraduate experience. He has been honored to have been designated as a Michigan Super Lawyer and continues to strive to the highest of standards for the practice of law. Paul is married to JoDee, his wife of twenty-nine years. The Dillon’s have five children and live in Plymouth where both Paul and JoDee attended Salem High School. Paul enjoys watching his children participate in a variety of sports.
