Michael Glen Earl was raised in Moses Lake, Washington and loves the Columbia Basin. He is a third generation attorney and is fluent in Spanish. Professionally, Michael enjoys having the honor of assisting families with adoptions and working closely with his community. Michael is a family man. He and his wife Allie have four wonderful children and they enjoy spending time together as a family of six. Eric Boehmer is an award winning attorney with the experience, confidence and knowledge to deal with the authorities when it comes to defending individuals against criminal charges. As a native of St. Charles County, Eric was born and raised in the Wentzville area. He attended St. Dominic High School in O’Fallon, MO. Eric was recently awarded a National Association of Distinguished Counsel Top 1% Award, a Top 100 Trial Attorney award for his achievements in Trial Law and a Top 10 Client Satisfaction Award for Criminal Law in Missouri. Eric attended college at Furman University in South Carolina where he obtained his bachelor degree in Business Administration. While a player on Furman’s baseball team, he was named to the all-conference tournament team and made the Dean’s list for academic excellence. At Furman, Eric also became a member of the largest international fraternity, Tau Kappa Epsilon. Upon graduation from Furman, Eric returned to the Show-Me State to attend law school at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He received the Cali Excellence for the Future Award before graduating with his Juris-Doctorate. Eric gained experience with internships at two different law firms and worked at the Attorney General’s Office. Upon passing the Missouri Bar Exam, Eric returned to St. Charles County to become an assistant prosecuting attorney. The trial experience and understanding of the court systems he gained during this time were building blocks that helped catapult his highly successful career as a criminal defense trial lawyer. Eric’s passion and expertise is operating in the courtroom and trying cases. He has tried numerous judge and jury trials with an extremely high success rate. He has multiple acquittals in Class A felony jury trials as well as many lower level felony and misdemeanors. A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Mr. Haskins graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and interned with the South Carolina House of Representatives, the South Carolina Senate, and worked as a Special Assistant in the Public Affairs Division for the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General. Mr. Haskins then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. At Florida Coastal, he was Parliamentarian of the Student Bar Association Legislature and Chief Justice of the Honor Court. Having graduated Florida Coastal in two and one-half years, Mr. Haskins passed the Alaska Bar Examination and became a Member of the Alaska Bar Association. After Florida Coastal, he attended American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where he obtained his Master of Law (LL.M.) degree in Law & Government, specializing in Law, Politics, and Legislation, with a concentration on Civil & Constitutional Rights. While at American, he interned in the United States Senate and was a Legal Fellow for United States Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC). Mr. Haskins also helped found the Alaska Bar Association Federal Regulatory Practice Section in Washington, D.C. Returning to South Carolina, Mr. Haskins passed the South Carolina Bar Examination and became a Member of the South Carolina Bar. Mr. Haskins worked in firms in Greenville and Charleston, gaining valuable experience in handling family law, estate planning, and real estate legal issues. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Haskins is a Realtor, Notary Public in South Carolina, and President of the Charleston Chapter of the University of South Carolina Alumni Association.

James N.
