I started my career representing injured workers and accident victims. I love performing extraordinary legal work for extraordinary working people and helping folks of all walks of life. When I started Strong law Offices in 1999, I wanted a firm that prides itself in being "working lawyers for working people". I have dedicated myself to creating a legal team that is dedicated, hard working, and driven to succeed in life, work and happiness. I have tried, argued and arbitrated claims and cases from the smallest of towns to the largest of cities. I have received recoveries for employees from all professions, trades, and jobs. I have dealt with injuries ranging from catastrophic, complex, and complete to minor, major and massive. I have worked and dealt with health care providers, experts, defense attorneys, large companies, insurance carriers and all other obstacles or roadblocks placed by opposing parties or carriers to interfere, infringe or infuriate the rights of injured workers or accident victims. I have lobbied for new laws and defended good laws from the efforts of insurance carriers and large business interests to defeat the rights of the poor, the tired and the weak. My life and my law practice are dedicated to the service of helping injured workers and accident victims and will utilize any legal means necessary to protect and preserve those victims' rights to get help and get better from their injury.

I have devoted my professional career to helping and representing injured people for the past 24 years. Injured people need a caring lawyer because too many times insurance companies resist paying fair compensation and benefits to injured victims. When insurance companies fail to do the right thing, I take it "personal" because the injured victim has already experienced physical, financial, and emotional hardships. When my firm represents you for an injury, we are doing so in the same way I would represent my own mother or sister. I personally resolve hundreds of client claims each year maximizing their results while caring for their needs. Since opening my practice on Valentine's Day in 1995, I have created a law firm that is aggressive, honest, and well-respected within both the legal and insurance communities. I approach each case with the determination that "I will not settle the case for less than fair and full value" and "I will take the case the distance if necessary." I have consistently proven my ability to obtain the highest value for my client's injuries while providing unparalleled personalized service. This philosophy and approach is unique in the field. I also founded a non-profit organization called RainforestMaker dedicated to growing back rainforests. People say I am a Rainmaker by day and a RainforestMaker by night. Within RainforestMaker, I created an initiative for lawyers called LATTÉ which is an acronym for Lawyers Accountable To The Earth. Lawyers go through ten times more paper than the average office worker which amounts to approximately 24 trees each year per lawyer so its time for us lawyers to be environmentally conscious when running our law firms. I converted my entire office to 100% recycled paper a few years ago. I am now trying to get other law firms to do the same after serving on the Massachusetts Bar Association Energy and Environmental Task Force inspiring other law firms to implement the MBA Green Guidelines which I helped co-author. I am compassionate to the Earth and I am compassionate and attentive to the needs of the injured people who need my help. As a lawyer, I am determined to help bring about justice when someone else's negligence has injured my client. Alexander Laufer joined the firm in 1994. His practice is concentrated in civil litigation and real estate transactions, providing services in the areas of personal injury law, medical malpractice, construction law and employment law. Mr. Laufer grew up in Montreal, Canada but also lived and attended school in Jerusalem and Johannesburg, South Africa. He speaks four languages, English, French, Hungarian and Hebrew. Mr. Laufer graduated (cum laude) in 1972 from Loyola College and with High Honors from the University of Florida School of Law in 1976. Mr. Laufer has been an adjunct professor at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida and more recently at the Marymount University School of Business. He is a member of both the Virginia and Florida bars and is a Commissioner in Chancery in Fairfax County. Mr. Laufer has over 35 years of experience in complex litigation in both state and federal courts, including bankruptcy court and has handled thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions. In recent years Mr. Laufer has litigated numerous cases involving noncompliance by residential builders with the federal Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act. In addition, Mr. Laufer has become a member of the Vaccine Injury Program Bar and the Federal Court of Claims Bar Association and is assisting families with members injured by vaccines, in obtaining compensation pursuant to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, a federal program whichimmunizes (pun intended) pharmaceutical companies from suit, but substitutes a fund as an alternative. This is a relatively obscure and poorly understood program which, however, represents the only real recourse for those suffering injury from vaccines listed on the Vaccine Injury Table.

Vinny Iyer has always had a desire to learn a variety of different subjects, and has always had a passion for justice; both of these traits led him to the practice of law. Vinny went to Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska where he received his Bachelor of Arts. While at Creighton, Vinny majored in music performance and theory, co-majored in political science, and completed the pre-medical program. After Creighton, Vinny attended the University of Nebraska – Omaha to study music composition where he learned counterpoint, orchestration, and advanced music theory. During this time, Vinny also played with his band while teaching music theory and guitar lessons. Eventually, Vinny’s passion lead him to the University of Nebraska – Lincoln College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate. Additionally, Vinny completed the litigation skills program of concentrated study with a criminal emphasis. While enrolled in law school, Vinny Iyer served as a clerk with Atwood, Holsten, Brown, Deaver and Spier Law Firm. In this role, he primarily handled personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, which would later become his focus at Falgien Warr & Iyer, P.C. Upon graduating from law school, he worked as a senior analyst contract attorney, auditing foreclosure and mortgage procedures for a multinational bank. He then represented clients through his own contract defense firm and at Clear Creek Consulting, wherein he helped individuals and businesses resolve tax liabilities with Federal and State taxing authorities. Subsequently, Vinny was hired as an attorney at The Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya, LLC where he focused on personal injury cases. Jeff Todd has a broad range of legal experience and has practiced law in numerous jurisdictions and settings. Upon graduating from law school, he practiced reinsurance law at Chadbourne & Park in Washington, D.C. He subsequently relocated to Atlanta, Georgia and initially served as in-house counsel to Delta Air Lines, focusing primarily on marketing and mergers. In search of acquiring more courtroom experience, he joined a high volume workers' compensation firm in Decatur, Georgia, where he successfully represented hundreds of injured workers throughout Georgia. Jeff ultimately returned to Texas and was most recently associated with Greer, Herz & Adams of Galveston, where from 2003-2007, he practiced with some of the most highly skilled and regarded attorneys in Galveston County. Jeff started his own firm in 2018 to better serve his clients and has assembled a top notch team to achieve the best results for his clients. Glenn Warren, AV rated Attorney, has been working in the Personal Injury arena for 26 years, and has handled thousands of auto accident injury cases. He has extensive knowledge and experience with both the legal and the insurance procedures having worked for State Farm Insurance prior to practicing law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business and Finance at the University of Florida, and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. He is a member of the Jacksonville Justice Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Catholic Lawyers Guild. Glenn is a family man with a wife and two daughters, living in the Jacksonville area for more than 35 years. He is actively involved in the community as President-Elect of the Orange Park Sunrise Rotary Club, and member of the Jacksonville Sports Council (formerly the Gator Bowl Assoc.). He was the Muskogee District Chairman of the Boy Scouts North Florida Council (2013-2015), and an Eagle Scout himself. Glenn is an avid golfer, plays racquetball, and loves to travel with his family.
