Mr. Schultz is an accomplished lawyer that has over twenty years of legal experience in accident & injury matters. He also specializes in various aspects of law including criminal, real estate and motor vehicle. I have handled numerous cases involving, among other things, medical negligence, premises liability, car accidents, trip and falls, business disputes, wrongful death, and federal tort claim act claims. I have handled numerous medical malpractice matters which have resulted in six and seven-figure settlements for my clients. Recently, I resolved a wrongful death/medical malpractice matter where the total settlement value of the case exceeded $1.4 million. I have been recognized for my work on behalf of injured Floridians by having been placed on Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite List and have been awarded rising star status by Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers list. I am also active in the Tampa Bay community. I presently serve as the Chairman of the board of directors for a Tampa based non-profit, Wheels for Success. I have served on that board for five years. Wheels of Success is an organization that provides transportation in the form of donated cars to persons who have a job but cannot afford to purchase a car to get there. I was also a past board member of the Young Lawyer Board for the Florida Justice Association where I assisted in the FJA's activities of fighting for the rights of injured Floridians. I was a member of the Cheatwood Inn of Court from 2010-2011 and 2013-2016 and am presently a member of the Wm Reece Smith, Jr. Litigation Inn of Court.

Anna Katherine Stone has been practicing workers' compensation, personal injury and social security disability since 2003. She has been a partner/shareholder with the law firm since 2010. All of her files are handled exclusively by Ms. Stone and her 2 legal assistants. She is readily accessible by phone, email and even text messages. Seth Bader was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated from Muhlenberg College with a B.A. in Political Science. He graduated from Florida State University College of Law where he served as a member on the law review. Seth began his legal career representing insurance companies gaining trial experience. During this phase of his career, he handled thousands of cases which gave him invaluable insight into how insurance companies analyze issues and litigate cases against injured people. Aside from four school years in Athens at the University of Georgia, Ian Grady has lived in Atlanta his entire life. A graduate of Emory Law School, Ian’s ties to the community run deep. He lives off the Beltline with his wife, who is applying for surgical residencies as she pursues her dream of becoming an orthopedic surgeon. The first lawyer in his extended family, Ian brings a dedicated focus and strategic approach to his work, setting him apart as a knowledgeable advocate in personal injury law. Deborah has helped hundreds of people achieve the justice they deserve due to her dedication to personal injury law. She practiced in the personal injury field for more than 15 years, initially as a paralegal and as an attorney for the past eight years. Debbie has been involved in the investigation, litigation and resolution of matters ranging from general negligence and wrongful death to automobile negligence, premises liability, and trucking accident cases. She is a member of the American Burn Association and the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors. She has developed a growing Social Security law practice to assist people with disabilities in obtaining disability benefits and qualifying for Medicaid or Medicare.

William Pagan is a 1987 graduate of the St. John’s University School of Law. He obtained in undergraduate degree from Fordham University in 1984. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1988. He is admitted to practice in the Federal Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York and has been admitted pro hac vice to the United States District Court for the Districts of Puerto Rico and Hawaii, as well as New Jersey Superior Court. His professional memberships include the Puerto Rican Bar Association, American Association for Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York County Lawyers Association, New York City Bar Association, and the Bronx, Kings, Queens and New York County Bar Associations as well as the Dominican Bar Association. He’s a member of The Pagan Law Firm, P.C. and has accumulated over twenty-five years experience in trying highly complex medical malpractice cases, serious injuries from construction, lead paint poisoning, municipal premise and general accident cases in State and Federal court in all boroughs of the City of New York, statewide in New York and pro hac vice nationwide.
