Jantz is the newest attorney at McMullin Injury Law. He has been with our firm since 2022. Jantz works in the litigation team of our firm with Nate Langston and Paul McMullin. Jantz spends 100% of his time litigating cases. That means that when insurance companies won't do what's right, and negotiations break down, Jantz steps in to force their hand. He drafts and files the necessary documents with the court such that we can work towards a judge, jury, or arbitrator deciding what outcome is right so that the insurance company is forced to do the right thing.

Stephen D. Morrison, III, is a Savannah native and son of a commercial fisherman. He is a formidable trial lawyer, championing his client’s cause with a unique combination of elite legal experience and blue-collar work ethic. After years of mostly defense practice, with big firms and the federal government, Stephen joined Bowen Painter Injury Lawyers to fight for plaintiffs and those wronged by the acts of others. Among other engagements, Stephen has served as trial counsel in opioid litigation brought by state attorneys general and municipalities and held key roles in trial teams defending antitrust class actions and consumer investigations. His former defense counsel and federal law clerk experiences animate his plaintiff-focused practice at Bowen Painter Injury Lawyers. Outside of the office, Stephen maintains a deep connection to his local and professional community. He is an Eagle Scout, volunteers with his neighborhood’s event committee, and holds various roles in national and local bar organizations. He has also provided thousands of hours of pro bono representation to clients who cannot afford counsel. Stephen lives in Savannah with his wife, Erin (also an attorney), daughter, Milligan, and English cream retriever, Ollie. He enjoys spending time outside, especially on the water, cooking, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and traveling within and without the USA.

Joshua M Feagans is a founding partner of Feagans Law Group and heads the firm’s litigation and business practice. Josh concentrates in complex civil litigation involving injury and business disputes and acts as outside general counsel to national and regional companies in an array of industries that include building supplies, construction, commercial real estate, healthcare, automotive and manufacturing, among others. As a trial attorney, Josh has litigated thousands of cases throughout the United States in federal and state courts, in arbitrations with AAA, JAMS and BBB and in administrative hearings before a variety of agencies, including the EEOC, NLRB, IHRC, IDFPR and IDOL. Robert T. Plevy, Esq. is a founding partner of the 1-800-HURT-911, LLP law firm. His practice is limited to the representation of seriously injured individuals, a field of law in which he has more than 20 years of experience. Robert is a graduate of Rutgers University and Brooklyn Law School. He began his legal career in 1993 as an Assistant Corporation Counsel defending The City of New York against personal injury lawsuits. Robert was sworn in as an Assistant Corporation Counsel by Mayor David Dinkins. While working as an Assistant Corporation Counsel, Robert learned the discipline and skills necessary to become a trial lawyer for the City of New York, trying many cases to verdict. Meredythe is a fourth generation Austinite. She comes from a local insurance family going back three generations.
