Jeffrey T. Sampson was born in Louisville, Kentucky on March 23, 1967. He received his B.B.A. with honors in management from the University of Kentucky, where he was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He graduated in 1989 and then obtained his J.D. degree from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1992. Mr. Sampson is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Justice Association, and the Kentucky Justice Association. He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Bar Association/Young Lawyer’s Section. He has lectured to professional groups on the subjects of medical malpractice and workers’ compensation. He is repeatedly identified by the Kentucky Trial Court Review as one of Kentucky’s Most Prolific Trial Lawyers. Mr. Sampson is a member of Southeast Christian Church in Louisville. He is married with three children, and enjoys time with his family, snow skiing and golf.

Heber Simmons III, the founder of Simmons Dallas, PLLC, is a lawyer who always remembers whom he represents, and keeps their interests at heart from start to finish. He has served as an adjunct professor of Healthcare Law at the Else School of Management at Millsaps College, and authored and co-authored many published materials, including the Mississippi Chapter from West Publication's Product Liability in 50 States, and numerous lectures for continuing education seminars and in-house presentations. Mr. Simmons is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, and National Health Lawyers Association. He serves as a member of the Mississippi Bar Committees for Health Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is active with the Rotary Club of Jackson, where he currently serves as a member of its Board of Directors. He enjoys time with his family, as well as hunting, fishing, archery, tennis, golf, scuba diving and being an amateur carpenter. Mr. Simmons has been named a SuperLawyer by Top Lawyers of Mid-South for 2012, 2013, and 2014, and he has served as the Chairman of the Medicine and Law Committee of the American Bar Association, and President of the Jackson Rotary Club (2011-2012).

Attorney Kevin Jensen was born and raised in Evanston, Wyoming, on a ranch where he learned the value of hard work. After graduating high school, Kevin left Wyoming to serve a two-year proselyting and service mission for his church in Las Vegas, Nevada. Upon his return from his mission, he attended Brigham Young University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Following Kevin’s graduation from BYU, he attended Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 1998-2001. There he participated in various school activities, including the Marquette University Law School Moot Court. After graduating from law school, Kevin moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he practiced law in the area of insurance defense litigation including insurance coverage, medical malpractice and liability litigation. In 2003, Kevin moved to Arizona to continue his work in insurance defense litigation. In 2006, Mr. Jensen founded Jensen Family Law and since that time, he has helped hundreds of individuals navigate the legal and emotional complexities family law issues create. THOMAS A. BORDELON was born in San Antonio, Texas on December 6, 1959. Mr. Bordelon graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University at Shreveport, where he was named recipient of the University Award in Economics, the highest award given by the faculty for outstanding achievement. Mr. Bordelon received his law degree from Louisiana State University Law Center in Baton Rouge. He was admitted to practice in 1993. He is a member of the Shreveport and Louisiana Bar Associations, and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. He is also a member of the Harry Booth Inns of Court. Mr. Bordelon is involved in civil and criminal litigation, with extensive trial experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, automobile and casualty insurance, family law and property. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana courts, as well as the United States Western District and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also served as an adjunct professor of law at LSU in Shreveport.

She has been involved in cases that addressed issues of surgical negligence, i.e., laminectomies, cholecystectomies, colonoscopies, hernia repairs, and hip replacements. Additionally, she has been involved in cases that dealt with obstetrical issues, i.e., failure to perform timely Caesarean sections, inappropriate radiological procedures, unnecessary hysterectomies, and incomplete abortions.
