David C. O’Mara’s practice is concentrated in appellate advocacy, bankruptcy, family law, personal injury, civil litigation, and securities and shareholder disputes. As a native Nevadan, with over a decade of experience practicing in the state, David has developed a comprehensive understanding of the nuances of Nevada law and practice. David has been involved in numerous securities and shareholder actions which have resulted in the recovery of millions of dollars to the shareholders. In addition, David has successfully represented his clients at all state and federal courts in Nevada, including bench trials, jury trials and appellate arguments in the Nevada Supreme Court.

Alan H. Bender is the co-owner of Goldstein Bender & Romanoff. As the senior and managing partner of the litigation department, Alan works tirelessly to ensure his clients receive the compensation they deserve. Alan was born in Chicago but moved to Brooklyn, New York, when he was 11 years old. He graduated Brooklyn College, which is part of the City University of New York, with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and went on to graduate Law School from the University of Illinois, School of Law.

Eugene Redmann is a lifelong resident of New Orleans. After attending Jesuit High School for two years, Gene graduated from O. Perry Walker High School in 1976. Gene worked in private business and then received a degree in accounting from Loyola University in 1988. He entered Loyola University School of Law in 1988 and graduated in 1991. Gene began clerking at the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans as a junior in law school in 1990 for the Honorable Gerald P. Fedoroff and continued there until 1992. Gene then went in to private practice, where he continues today. Gene comes from a distinguished line of lawyers. His father, the Honorable William V. Redmann, was a Court of Appeal Judge in New Orleans from 1967 until 1987 when he retired as Chief Judge due to health reasons. Two of Gene’s eight siblings are lawyers. More than 40 of Gene’s extended family are lawyers in the New Orleans area. Gene has been in private practice for the past 20 years. He has a wide practice, including personal injury, criminal and DWI cases and many traffic offense cases. Additionally, Gene handles divorce and family cases, civil matters and expungement of criminal records.

He received his Juris Doctor in 1993 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Since then, he has handled personal injury cases, which include auto accidents, medical malpractice, and products liability. He has also worked on hundreds of social security and workers' compensation cases from initial claim filing to the conclusion. In 2014, Kevin was voted Attorney of the Year by the VOCALS program with the Pulaski County Bar Association. He was also voted a Finalist in the Best of the Best-Attorney category by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette in 2011.

Mr. Carson's practice includes personal injury, insurance, commercial, oil and gas, worker's compensation defense, and employment litigation. He also handles commercial transactions. He has represented parties in federal and state courts, workers' compensation and EEOC proceedings, and mediations. He has been the Director of Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy at the Univ. of Arkansas School of Law. He has been a frequent presenter at professional seminars. Fellow Arkansas attorneys selected him as a Mid-South Super Lawyer, an honor limited to five percent of the attorneys in a state.

Robert Kasieta is the founder and managing member of Kasieta Legal Group. He focuses his practice on Civil Litigation. He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Association of Justice, and American Association of Justice. Bob received his associate degree from Gogebic Community College; his bachelors degree, summa cum laude, from Northern Michigan University; and his law degree from Marquette University. He is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has attained the highest rating, AV, from the national attorney rating service, Martindale-Hubbell. Bob also regularly teaches other lawyers. In addition, he teaches at Wisconsin Law School.
