NH Attorney Joseph Welsh is an experienced trial attorney. He began trying cases while he was still a student in law school twenty years ago and hasn't stopped since. Over the past two decades, he has tried and won cases at the district, superior, and family court levels throughout New Hampshire.

John Landwehr joined CVDL in 1984 after serving as an Assistant Attorney General under John D. Ashcroft for three years. He practices in the areas of estate planning, business formation, personal injury, real estate and commercial litigation. He also represents professionals in licensing matters. He enjoys solving problems so that his clients can be successful. John’s “hobby” is local politics. After serving seven years on the City Council in Jefferson City, John was elected Mayor in 2003 and re-elected in 2007 for a second term that ended in April 2011. He has stayed active with local issues by serving as President of Catholic Charities of Central and Northern Missouri, and the Diocesan Planned Giving Committee. John received his B.A. (1974) and M.A. (1975) in Philosophy from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. and his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1981.

He’s been through several serious injuries himself, including a motorcycle accident at the age of 17 when he lost his left leg, just above the knee. Kelly understands the trauma and stress that follow a serious accident and has made it his mission to defend the rights and settlements of personal injury victims.

Jim Hurley has been practicing law throughout Virginia for more than two-and-a-half decades. During his career, he has tried more than 100 jury trials — a staggering number — and handled hundreds more that were settled out of court. He is guided by the principle that the client is in charge of his or her case and should be kept fully aware of the litigation process. Jim has been awarded an AV Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating given, for his practice of law. He was named in Virginia Super Lawyers in 2014-2020. Jim lives in the Larchmont area of Norfolk. He is married to Pam, a Norfolk schoolteacher and has two children who are presently studying at college. Every year, Jim Hurley supports countless good causes in the Hampton Roads area and further afield.

Josh Mostyn is a founding Member of Mostyn Prettyman, PLLC. He is a past Benton County Bar Association President. Josh clerked for the Hon. Brad Karren in the Rogers District Court, as well as in the Legal Department at Tyson Foods, Inc., through Arkansas School of Law’s Corporate Counsel Externship Program. Josh is a former legislative extern to Congressman Steve Womack in Arkansas’ 3rd Congressional District. He has served as the Legislative Director for the Arkansas chapter of National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), and Josh was named to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty Class of 2008. On May 14, 2012, James was sworn into the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Michael Aaron Ryan Canner is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association of Justice, and Michigan Association for Justice. Mr. Michael Canner joined Mindell, Malin in 2008, after spending the previous five years at the Law Offices of Robert A. Canner, P.C. In April 2018, Michael started his own practice, Canner Law, PLLC.
