William R. Larkin, III ("Bill") and Joseph P. Farrell, III ("Joe") built their careers together at a mid-sized firm with a high volume litigation practice. Joe started at the firm in December 2001 and Bill followed shortly thereafter in April 2003. Both were promoted to Partner in 2008. Bill had the privilege of running the day-to-day operations of the firm as Managing Partner while Joe was the lead trial attorney and Manager of the arbitration and appeals departments. They represented large insurance companies, government agencies, and private clients in thousands of lawsuits over the course of 15+ years before leaving the firm to form Larkin Farrell, LLC. Andrew started his career representing insurance companies in litigation throughout Florida, providing him the unique opportunity to learn how the insurance companies evaluate claims and the typical litigation strategy large to small corporations employ. Katelynn Gibbons is the eldest daughter of partner, E. Lynn Gibbons. In elementary school, Katie routinely reminded her Mom of the annual, "Take Your Daughters To Work Day". Some of her fondest childhood memories are of traveling to courthouses across the state at Lynn’s side through the years. Witnessing her mother's passion for justice and compassion for other people firsthand at a young age has had a lasting effect on her. She first started working at Jorgensen Gibbons, P.A. over the summer in middle school when she wasn't playing basketball. Katie graduated from St. Petersburg Catholic High School in 2012 and she earned a B.A. degree, Magna Cum Laude, in psychology from the University of South Florida in 2014. Between college and law school, she worked as the workers’ compensation paralegal at the firm. Since day one, she has treated the firm's clients as if they were family. In the Fall of 2015, she followed in her Mom's footsteps and started law school at Stetson University College of Law - a few blocks away from the firm. The proximity allowed her to continue working part-time at JG while she was in law school. She graduated a semester early and earned her J.D. from Stetson in December of 2017. Today, Katie works as an Associate Attorney for Jorgensen Gibbons, P.A., handling personal injury, workers' compensation, and social security disability cases. In her free time she enjoys boating, fishing, and traveling to watch her baby brother, Dillan, play football for the Florida State Seminoles.

Zach graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas at Dallas before continuing to attain his Juris Doctor at Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. The summer after his first year of Law School, Zach worked for the District Attorney’s Office in Dallas, Texas. After which, Zach continued on to work for a personal injury law firm in Spokane. Eventually he found a true talent in criminal defense law the summer after his second year of law school where he was able to be a rule 9 summer associate for a criminal defense firm in Tacoma, Washington where he gained extensive courtroom experience. About a year later, he continued to explore his passion for justice through taking on challenging DUI and personal injury cases. Zach has always had a passion for cars and the community, and now wants to combine those passions with his legal practice. After law school Zach partnered with Michael Ghebrial and founded Northwest Law to bring about a personalized approach to the legal field. Zach saw an opportunity to connect with people and bridge the gap between the court process and the persons involved in the system. Zach sees every case as an opportunity for him to advocate for his clients and keep them informed throughout the process. Zach’s ultimate goal with every case is to have the client feel like they were in charge and informed about every step in the case. Jerome Ramsaran is an experienced litigator and personal injury lawyer. He has had the pleasure to represent and protect the legal rights of clients throughout the state of Florida with a focus in personal injury litigation, premises liability actions, and property damage claims. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and was a member of the law school’s moot court team.
