Bryan Arce is a New York City employment discrimination attorney and a Managing Partner at the law firm of Phillips & Associates. Mark Bates has practiced law for over 30 years, primarily in Missouri and Illinois. He specializes in employment law and workers' compensation. Mark is also experienced at criminal defense, having worked previously as a military policeman and a MEDICO-Legal Investigator for St. Louis City.
