Prior to forming the law office of Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC in Tampa, Florida, C. Todd Marks attended the George Mason School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Marks graded on to the Law Review and served as the Symposium Editor. Mr. Marks practiced law in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Marks began his legal career in Washington, DC and McLean, Virginia with the law firm of Shaw Pittman, LLP where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups. In the meantime, Todd remained active in local and national political campaigns. Todd eventually worked for law firms Connolly, Bove, Lodge & Hutz in the commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups where he developed a general practice which included estate planning and other business law matters. His experience includes real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, corporate formation and transactions, estate planning, employment law, and family law. Mr. Marks is the proud father of two boys and a girl. Mr. Marks serves on the Board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation and has served on the Board of Church at the Bay.

Robert L. Garibaldi, Jr. earned his Juris Doctor degree from Pace University Law School after graduating with honors in accounting from Saint Peter’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree. With over 30 years of expertise, Mr. Garibaldi specializes in corporate and transactional law, civil litigation, municipal law, commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, probate, and banking law. For 25 years, he served as the attorney for the Borough of Glen Rock in Bergen County, managing all aspects of municipal law. His legal practice focuses on business and corporate law, municipal law, litigation, wills and estates, and real estate. Mr. Garibaldi’s accounting background has enabled him to assist clients in preparing for their futures through effective estate planning. He also brings extensive experience in banking law, having served as Chairman of the Board, acting President, and CEO of Hamilton Savings Bank. Mr. Garibaldi is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the New Jersey Institute of Municipal Attorneys. In addition to his legal career, Mr. Garibaldi spent several years in public service. Judge Marc Pilgrim is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and has been practicing law for over twenty-eight years. He currently serves as a part time Probate Court Judge in Fulton County. His primary practice areas are criminal law, probate, estate planning, real estate and personal injury. During his extensive legal career, he has fought for the rights of his clients in front of Judges throughout the state, including the Supreme Court of Georgia. His diverse legal background allows him to identify defenses and legal strategies which gives his clients the edge during trials and in negotiations with prosecutors. As a trail attorney, Marc used his teaching gifts for making complex legal concepts easy to understand for his clients and for the courts. Erin L. Sandman, PA was founded in 2017 with the mission of providing superior legal services to clients at an affordable rate. Upon graduation from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York, classmates Evan N. Pickus and Howard S. Landsberg sought to fulfill a vision- the formation of their own law firm. In obtaining a1.6 million dollar recovery for an injured motor cycle driver, I was able to establish that the responsible driver had excess coverage through a company with whom he was employed and fend off allegations that a failed headlight on the bike was the cause of the accident by using experts and scientific testing. How did you build a successful practice? A successful practice is built by only taking cases you are qualified to handle then by following through with the hard work and commitment needed to achieve the best result given the situation . What should clients look for in a lawyer? Knowledge experience and competence. beware of empty promises. How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases? Very important. being local to the legal problem gives the lawyer a better context to understand the problem and recognize the solution, allows the attorney a better opportunity to actually visit local important locations without increased traveling costs to the client and makes direct client attorney contact which is also quite important, easier and more affordable.
