Jordan Palmer was raised in St. George, Utah. Jordan served a two-year Latter-day Saint mission in Ecuador. After returning home from Ecuador, Jordan played soccer at Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs, IA. He completed coursework for a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish at Utah Valley University. He was accepted to the University of Oregon School of Law where he completed law school. During law school, he honed his researching skills as a law clerk for Shlesinger & deVillenueve, a personal injury law firm in Eugene, Oregon. It was there the Jordan realized he had a deep passion for insurance law and helping those being treated unfairly by the insurance companies. Jordan is skilled at negotiating with insurance adjusters on behalf of his clients. He understands that people who have been in accidents are tackling difficult physical, financial, and emotional situations. He is committed to helping his client fully recover and make sure that they receive the compensation they deserve. In his downtime, Jordan enjoys being with his wife and two children. He is an avid basketball and soccer player. He loves the outdoors and enjoys the St. George weather.

Ted has been with The Oshman Firm since 1988. He has over 25 years of experience in Medical Device and Drug Product Liability, Personal Injury Litigation, Medical Malpractice Litigation, and Commercial Disputes. Mr. Oshman received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Rochester. Following in the footsteps of his older brother Matthew, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. Ted serves on the Board of Directors of multiple charitable foundations and religious not-for-profit organizations. He is active in sustainable business ventures throughout the country and in international markets. He also serves as Officer and Director of an educational, not-for-profit organization and supports organizations such as Greenpeace and the Alzheimer’s Association. When he isn’t in the New York office, Ted is often in court or has traveled to visit with a client of the firm. At home, Ted can often be found spending time with his wife and three kids participating in activities from spin cycling to fantasy football. He also enjoys basketball, hiking, and the opportunities to coach aspiring entrepreneurs and sharing his business acumen.

Dale L. Trimble, the owner, and principal of The Trimble Firm, P.L.L.C., is one of the few lawyers in the State of Texas who is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Law. Trimble was certified in both these specialties in 1995 and has maintained his certification in both areas since that time. Attorney Edward Kraus is the Managing Partner of Kraus Law Group, LLC in Chicago, Illinois. Since 1999, he has taught Health and Disability Law classes and has represented individuals in many cases involving complex health and disability matters. Previously, Mr. Kraus served as an attorney at the law firm of Plotkin, Jacobs, & Orlofsky, Ltd., focusing on civil litigation and consumer class actions in Chicagoland. Mr. Kraus is the director of the Vaccine Injury Litigation Clinic, where he represents those who have suffered from vaccination injuries. He served on the Advisory Commission of Childhood Vaccines from September 2011 to January 2017, where he was one of nine members who provided input regarding the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). Edward Kraus is an active member of the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He has also been actively involved on the American Diabetes Association, Health & Disability Advocates, Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines, Department of Health & Human Services, and the Vaccine Committee of the Advisory Council to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Ted Lyon was born and raised in Terrell, Texas. His undergraduate degree is in political science that he obtained from East Texas State University (now known as Texas A&M Commerce). Prior to law school, Ted married his high school sweetheart, Donna. While working as a police officer, he put himself through undergraduate school and then went to Southern Methodist University School of Law. Over the past 41 years, Ted has represented clients in over 150 jury trials. Ted has over 41 years’ experience representing clients in complex litigation, involving personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and business disputes. He has received verdicts that were ranked in the top ten in the nation on three occasions. He has been interviewed and featured by national and local media outlets, including Good Morning America, 60 Minutes II, NBC Dateline, Texas Lawyer, Dallas Observer, The National Law Journal, D Magazine, and Texas Monthly. Ted specializes in complex litigation. Ted has repeatedly (2003 through 2018) been named to the Super Lawyer List by Texas Monthly, and was named one of the top 100 Lawyers in America by American Trial Lawyers Association consecutively since 2007.

Over the past decade Lynn Seithel has litigated against some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world including American Home Products, Wyeth, and Glaxosmithkline to name a few. She was one of the first to pursue lawsuits against the makers of Avandia®, Advair®, Paxil®, Serevent®, Vioxx®, Yaz®, and Trasylol®. Over the years, a large portion of her practice centered on representing parents and children in birth defect litigation as a result of mothers taking potentially dangerous drugs during pregnancy that lacked adequate safety warnings. Some of the potentially dangerous drugs during pregnancy include Paxil®, Zoloft®, Prozac®, Wellbutrin®, Depakote®, Diflucan®, Topomax® and Serequel®. Although she primarily concentrates on pharmaceutical litigation, her past experience includes work in tobacco and auto defect litigation as well.
