Robert A. Morris, Jr. has been practicing law in Hernando County since 1991 when he started his career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit . While working at the State Attorneys Office he prosecuted a variety of crimes including DUI’s, misdemeanors and felony offenses. Born in Indiana Robert graduated from Culver Military Academy in 1984 and then continued on to received his undergraduate degree from Ball State University located in Muncie, Indiana in 1988. Robert graduated Law School from Valparaiso University School of Law, which is located a short distance from Chicago Illinois, in 1991. Robert relocated to Florida after graduation from Law School based upon his work in the horse industry and settled in Ocala where he started his career as a prosecutor. After taking and passing both the Florida and the Indiana bar exams within two weeks of each other he was assigned to Brooksville, Florida where he has remained ever since. Robert started his practice in 1994 while living in the back of his office on a side road in Brooksville. Over the past 14 years his practice has grown into a full service law firm catering to the diverse clientele of the area. Over the past 17+ years he has worked both with, and against the local court systems and County government for the benefit of his clients and has developed an intricate knowledge of the ins and outs of our system

Jim T. Bennett has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1998. Jim graduated in the top ten of his class from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Jim’s primary practice areas are Domestic Relations/Family Law, Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Criminal Defense, and Wills and Probate. In his spare time, Jim has taught legal studies courses at Valdosta State University. Jim has served as a volunteer youth baseball coach for the last 20 years. He is a member of Park Avenue United Methodist Church in Valdosta. Jim is married to Lori, a teacher at Lowndes High School, and they have three sons: Austin, Sam, and Cole.

Eric Roden has represented injury victims from the outset of his career and has never advocated on behalf of insurance companies. Having worked in the areas of wrongful death, automobile accidents, nursing home negligence, and workers’ compensation law, Eric has spent his entire career working to maximize the recoveries of those injured due to the negligent and malicious acts of others. In 2013, Eric became a founding partner of Roden Law, a firm committed to providing thorough, effective, and relentless advocacy to injured clients.

Deborah has helped hundreds of people achieve the justice they deserve due to her dedication to personal injury law. She practiced in the personal injury field for more than 15 years, initially as a paralegal and as an attorney for the past eight years. Debbie has been involved in the investigation, litigation and resolution of matters ranging from general negligence and wrongful death to automobile negligence, premises liability, and trucking accident cases. She is a member of the American Burn Association and the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors. She has developed a growing Social Security law practice to assist people with disabilities in obtaining disability benefits and qualifying for Medicaid or Medicare.

Norm Daniels is an Attorney at Law and Certified Public Accountant and is licensed in West Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. He has over 40 years of experience and has been selected by his peers to have an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubble and to be included in "The Best Lawyers in America" and "Super Lawyers." In addition to his legal practice, he is an experienced mediator and arbitrator and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Eric L. Siegel has over 30 years of experience dedicating his practice to the litigation and resolution of business, employment, civil rights, disability rights and whistleblower disputes. Eric has tried jury and bench cases in both state and federal courts in numerous jurisdictions, including but not limited to the District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, Tennessee, and Mississippi. He formerly served as a trial attorney in the Employment Litigation Section of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division where he enforced Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. In addition, he spent the last decade working part-time in the real estate industry as an owner and developer, working on acquisition, financing, zoning, affordable housing, property management and leasing issues. Consequently, he understands first-hand the challenges facing owners, landlords and developers and approaches legal problems of real estate clients from a broader, results-driven and cost-effective perspective. He works closely with his clients to identify and fully understand their goals. Thinking strategically and creatively on behalf of clients, he uses all available tools to pursue a successful outcome for his clients. Mr. Siegel has been a frequent lecturer and author on a wide array of topics, including employee work eligibility under immigration laws; compliance with wage and hour laws; emerging sexual harassment law issues; English-only rules; arbitrability of jurisdictional disputes in tri-lateral arbitration, ADA case analyses and articles on mental disability, health insurance, pre-employment inquiries under the ADA, which was published in Disability Discrimination in the Workplace (Clark Boardman Callaghan), and medical examinations and reasonable accommodation under the ADA, and litigation tactics to avoid summary judgment, publishing in several employment-related treatises.

Mr. Bellovin actively practices before federal and state appellate and trial courts, various governmental agencies and departments and arbitration and mediation tribunals. His cases have been reported in federal and state reporters, and have been the subject of newspaper and magazine articles. His practice includes all phases of litigation and trial practice, Alternative Dispute Resolution and negotiation, and covers all aspects of employer-employee relations, including workers compensation defense, FLSA litigation defense, employment discrimination litigation and employee benefits.

Edgar Boles is an accomplished attorney with 42 years of experience in public law and private practice, primarily in the areas of civil litigation and dispute resolution, representing small and medium sized business entities and individuals. Immediately after graduating from Case Western Reserve University's School of Law, Edgar Boles served as a Law Clerk to Judge John V. Corrigan and Judge Thomas J. Parrino on the Eighth Appellate District Court of Appeals of Ohio for Cuyahoga County. Thereafter, he served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Civil Division of the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office. Since 1976, Mr. Boles has worked in private practice with law firms in Greater Cleveland before joining Dinn, Hochman & Potter in July 2015. Mr. Boles is experienced in commercial disputes, business torts, shareholder claims and business dissolutions, personal injury claims, employment disputes representing both employers and employees, commercial, business and individual tort claims, and construction, real estate and real property claims and disputes including arbitration. Edgar Boles has experience representing individuals in Estate, Probate and Trust disputes and Domestic Relations matters including divorce, dissolution of marriage and post-decree proceedings. Mr. Boles also has experience in FINRA proceedings representing securities investment claimants and securities industry employment claimants.
