Harry Steven Ellman was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1971 and practices law in Oakland, Wayne and Macomb counties. From 1971 to 1987 he was actively engaged in the general practice of law with a strong emphasis on real estate, secured transactions and business matters. From 1987 until 2006 he owned and operated a title insurance agency, Fidelity Title Company, specializing in commercial transactions insuring over Five Billion Dollars in closings. Since 2006 he has resolved many legal matters without the need to litigate. Harry recently settled a $3 Million Dollar breach of contract matter within 5 months without filing a lawsuit. Richard C. Gramlich focuses his practice on Business, Real Estate and Construction Litigation, Insurance Bad Faith, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Product Liability. He routinely represents contractors and owners in construction defect, non-pay/stop-pay claims, delay claims, professional negligence, Registrar of Contractor’s hearings, and general breach of contract. Mr. Gramlich was the lead counsel for the Scottsdale “W” Hotel’s construction defect and delay claim. Mr. Gramlich graduated from the University of Arizona in Business Administration, Finance and Real Estate, cum laude, in 1989 and from the Arizona State University College of Law, in the top third of his class, in 1992. Brian Goldstein has focused his practice on representing clients in civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts throughout Kansas and Missouri, as well as serving as coverage counsel for numerous insurance companies. Warren V. Norred is an attorney with experience in bankruptcy, intellectual property and litigation. Mr. Norred earned his Bachelor in Electrical Engineering in 1990 from the University of Texas at Arlington. He earned his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1993, and recognized as a licensed Professional Engineer in 1996. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Norred began an engineering firm, which also represents global manufacturers of electronic components, selling them to design organizations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. Mr. Norred earned his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law (formerly Texas Wesleyan School of Law), where he was president of the Federalist Society and author for the TEXAS WESLEYAN LAW REVIEW. Mr. Norred is a member of the State Bar of Texas, The American Bar Association, the Tarrant County Bar, the Dallas County Bar, the Arlington Bar Association, the Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers, the National Association of Patent Practitioners, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is licensed to practice before the federal courts in the Northern, Western, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (required for patent prosecution), and inducted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court.. Mr. Kravitz is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar. Mr. Kravitz received his Juris Doctorate Summa Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University, where he was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court Honor Society. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Florida State University in 1992, as well as his Master of Science Degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in 1997.
