With an office only two blocks from the Manatee County Courthouse, I enjoy being in the heart of downtown and close to the river. It reminds me of how wonderful my community is and why I serve them. Growing up, I always enjoyed taking part in my community. After graduating from high school, I attended university for a year before joining the Air Force - deciding to not wait for the draft. I served in both the US and Southeast Asia for four years as an electronics technician. After my service, I moved to Bradenton and returned to school. Upon graduating from Florida State University College of Law, I served as the Governor's Attorney — Bob Graham — and since then have remained active in local, state, and national politics. I both understand and appreciate the role of politics in the local community, and I’m always happy to serve in any capacity possible. With my business background, as the co-founder of MOR Music and Coast Bank of Florida, I have first-hand experience that benefits my clients who are looking to make business investments and make business-related decisions big or small.

Jerrold E. Inspired by his father, who practiced law until he was 96 years of age, Jerry decided to resume the practice of law in Florida in 2012. He limits his legal practice to matters pertaining to estate planning, small business law, and general legal counsel and advice. Jerome B. Blevins is a partner in the Liability division in the St. Petersburg office. Over the past 20 years, Jerry focused his practice in several areas including civil trial, personal injury, automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, civil rights (both federal and state) and governmental sovereign immunity. In addition, he has extensive litigation experience in commercial trucking and insurance defense. Currently, Jerry primarily represents insurance companies and self insured entities. Throughout his legal career, Jerry has always strived to create a personal relationship with his clients built on mutual confidence and trust. He pursues each case with diligence and above all remains extremely dedicated to his client’s causes. Jerry earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Kentucky in 1982, graduating with high honors, and is a Phi Beta Kappa. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 1986. Jerry is a member of the Florida Bar, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, and is a certified circuit civil mediator. Prior to forming the law office of Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC in Tampa, Florida, C. Todd Marks attended the George Mason School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Marks graded on to the Law Review and served as the Symposium Editor. Mr. Marks practiced law in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Marks began his legal career in Washington, DC and McLean, Virginia with the law firm of Shaw Pittman, LLP where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups. In the meantime, Todd remained active in local and national political campaigns. Todd eventually worked for law firms Connolly, Bove, Lodge & Hutz in the commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups where he developed a general practice which included estate planning and other business law matters. His experience includes real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, corporate formation and transactions, estate planning, employment law, and family law.
