Kevin Swenson was raised in Bountiful, Utah, and is a co-founding partner of Swenson & Shelley. After graduating from Bountiful High School, Kevin attended business school at Westminster College. While in college, Kevin owned and ran a sign company and also worked as an ambulance driver and firefighter. Kevin loved his work in the emergency medical arena. His career as a personal injury attorney allows Kevin to continue devoting his time to assisting injured people. Kevin graduated from law school at the University of Utah and then worked as a defense attorney for insurance companies. Through that experience he learned how insurance companies work, how they think, and how they attack a claim. In 2010 Kevin "changed camps" and and switched to representing injured individuals in his community rather than the multi-billion dollar insurance companies that fight those claims of those individuals.

Kigan is an experienced Injury Attorney. He serves our clients with a great breath of experience and resolve. He has particular expertise in complex car collision cases, eScooter/Bicycle accidents, and trucking cases. He has fought against both large and small trucking companies, including Matheson, UPS, and Swift Transportation, leading to amazing results for his clients. Kigan is a dedicated advocate. Although he has small-town roots, growing up in rural Utah, he graduated at the top percentage of his class from law school in Washington, DC. Since earning his law degree at American University, Kigan has consistently given back to his community by volunteering at middle schools and high schools to help students pursue careers in law, providing Wills for Heroes in Southern Utah, and advocating the Utah Association for Justice. When Kigan is not working away in his office, you may find him hanging off a cliff, rock-climbing. He enjoys outdoor sports, mountain biking, and performing music. Nathan Langston was raised here in St. George, Utah. He can relate to our locals in that some of us may be a bit hesitant to even contact a personal injury attorney. Nate gets it, and he can help. Nate is the head of the litigation department at McMullin Injury Law. Before joining our firm in 2018, Nate spent most of the last decade working at three different large personal injury law firms across the State of Utah. He has an enormous amount of experience in litigating cases through lawsuits once negotiations with the insurance company break down. Nate is a seasoned trial lawyer with a vast amount of jury trial experience. His experience in personal injury motion practice is second to none in Southern Utah. Nate knows all too well the runaround we Southern Utahn’s get when dealing with insurance claims departments. He loves being available to his clients to walk them through the process and answer any questions. His breadth of litigation and trial experience has given Nate the reputation of a bit of a bulldog. Nate graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and then stayed at the U to complete law school as well. His legal education from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah gave Nate exposure to top-notch legal training in a variety of areas of the law. Nate enjoys off-roading and camping in Utah’s Dixie National Forest with his family. He also loves board sports including snowboarding, skimboarding on the Virgin River, and Onewheeling around his neighborhood. Nate is married and has two young children.

Anthony McMullin is the founding partner of McMullin Injury Law and the firm carries his name. Anthony was raised in St. George, Utah—the same town where the main office of McMullin Injury Law is located. He completed coursework for a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations at Southern Utah University (SUU) in 2006. After college, he was accepted to the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University where he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 2008. During law school, he honed his researching skills as a Research Assistant for Professor Bruce C. French, a law professor and a licensed practicing attorney. Anthony’s ability to research and understand important information about a case is something that his current clients greatly appreciate. After he graduated from law school, Anthony accepted a position at Jacob Hafter & Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada. At this law firm, he focused on real estate transactions and loan modifications. Although he enjoyed his work in Las Vegas, he moved back to St. George in 2009 to help clients who have been injured by the negligent actions of someone else. Anthony is skilled at negotiating with insurance adjusters on behalf of his clients. He understands that people who have been hurt in accidents are facing difficult physical and, often, financial challenges. For those reasons, he is a strong advocate for his clients. Everyone needs some downtime and Anthony spends his golfing, riding his motorcycle, and being with his wife and children in sunny St. George. As a desert dweller, he favors Southwestern Utah’s clear sunny days over the snow and rain of colder climates. While living in Florida for a couple of years during a mission for his church, he developed a love of Cuban food and fresh seafood, but those are tough competitors to his favorite Italian food he gets from the local Pasta Factory. Anthony is a licensed attorney in both Utah and Nevada. He is affiliated with the State Bar of Nevada, the Utah State Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association Litigation Division, and the Southern Utah Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Utah and Nevada State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the District of Nevada and the District of Utah.

I attended college at the University of Utah, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in English and French. I then attended law school at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating in the top third of class with my juris doctorate in 2014. I took and passed the Utah State Bar Exam later that summer, and shortly thereafter I went into private practice, working primarily as family/domestic law litigator and criminal defense attorney. After nearly nine years in family law and criminal defense, I decided to move into practice areas other than family/domestic law. As a result, in November 2023, I was fortunate enough to join the highly esteemed and successful law firm of Goebel Anderson PC, where I am practicing general commercial litigation.

George T. Waddoups has practiced law since 1982. Born and raised in Brigham City, Utah, George has enjoyed practicing law in the state of Utah because of the deep sense of community he feels for Utahans. George has always been involved with the community, whether teaching high school seminary or coaching baseball, basketball or soccer. He is motivated by his sense of civic and community responsibility. George has often spoken to high school civics and history classes. After graduating from the Utah State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Pre-law, as well as a minor in Economics, he pursued a Juris Doctorate from Memphis State University. George has always felt that education is a high priority and has instilled that in his five children. Two of his five children, Riley and Michelle Waddoups, both practice law. George has represented many people over the years, recovering over $300 million dollars for his clients in settlements and verdicts, and has reached numerous seven and eight-figure settlements. One of George’s most notable cases involved a trucking accident, which resulted in a wrongful death. George’s client was traveling on the highway, when a semi-truck made a left turn in front of him. He had little time to react, and the impact of the incident killed him. The jury reached a verdict in the case and awarded George’s client and gave his family $58.5 million dollars. This was a major relief to the victim’s family to help for future expenses that would come as a result of losing their father. George is a member of numerous legal organizations. George is rated by his peers and has been nominated a Super Lawyer for ten years, and Legal Elite for many years. Over his thirty-nine years of practice, George has been recognized nationally for his work. George has also been recognized as one of the The National Trial Lawyers Top 100, an award that recognizes an attorney’s success in preserving justice for all. George is also part of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel Top 1%. George has worked tirelessly in advocating for his clients’ relief through getting justice and obtaining fair compensation from insurance companies. Through donating his time and money, George has shown a devoted sense of community. He has regularly contributed to numerous charities. George enjoys spending time with his five children at Bear Lake, where they like to boat and spend time outdoors. George also enjoys cruising around on his Harley motorcycle, exploring the Midwest.
