Zaira earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia College & State University. While earning her degree, she worked in the office of a solo practitioner in the metro Atlanta area. She gained valuable, hands-on experience in family law, criminal law, and worker’s compensation law prior to her legal education. Zaira worked for several firms throughout the Atlanta area while earning her law degree at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Zaira discovered her passion for immigration during law school. Later in her training, she clerked at an immigration firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Zaira also worked in the Fulton County Public Defender’s Office in the Complex Case Division. In 2011, Zaira founded Solano Law Firm with a focus on immigration law to serve the Latino community. She believes in providing honest representation and educating clients throughout the process. Zaira Solano was raised in Weehawken, New Jersey in a tightly knit Dominican family. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. Zaira realized a childhood ambition when she became an attorney. Erin Elliott is the managing attorney of Elliott Immigration Law LLC. She focuses her practice 100% on immigration law. She represents individuals, families and companies in obtaining various temporary visas such as fiancé, student, trainee, entrepreneur and employment as well as permanent immigration through family and employers. After attending Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, Erin continued her education at Loyola Law School in New Orleans. Upon her graduation from law school, Erin returned to Atlanta and began her career at a national law firm where she specialized in business and corporate law for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small start-ups. While assisting such clients, she became aware of the difficulties in obtaining and keeping foreign worker employees. Attorney Chalcia Rainford is a native of Jamaica, West Indies, who has practiced law since 1994. Mrs. Rainford earned her J.D. from John Marshall Law School of Atlanta, Georgia. She also studied in London, England at the Lay Cox College and is a professional registered nurse.
