Beth Brennan O’Donnell is a trial and litigation attorney whose practice includes general civil litigation, business litigation, products liability, liquor liability, premises liability, construction and insurance matters.  She also handles administrative matters before the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (the ABCC).

Ms. O’Donnell was born in Salem, Massachusetts and is a native of Peabody, Massachusetts where she resides today with her family.  She is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts (J.D., 2002) and the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts (B.A., 1996).

Prior to forming Singer & O’Donnell LLP, Ms. O’Donnell was a Senior Associate with Gallagher & Cavanaugh, LLP, a prominent litigation and general practice firm located in Lowell, Massachusetts.  Ms. O’Donnell served as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts.  She also clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office, the in-house legal department of Houghton Mifflin Company, and two Boston law firms.  Additionally, Ms. O’Donnell worked as a Legislative Aide to a Member of the Great and General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

In 2011, Ms. O'Donnell was named a Massachusetts/New England SuperLawyers Rising Star.

Ms. O’Donnell was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 2002 and admitted in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2003. She is an active member of the Essex County Bar Association and Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts.
