Bobby Pouya, Attorney

Bobby Pouya is a civil litigator and trial lawyer focusing on Complex Litigation, Class Actions, Employment law, Business Litigation, Product Liability, Unfair Competition Law and Consumer Protection. Mr. Pouya is a member of the State Bar of California; and U.S. District Court, Central District of California. He graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara (B.A., 2003); and earned his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law (J.D., 2006).

While he attended Pepperdine University, Mr. Pouya received his certificate in dispute resolution from the prestigious Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and was an active member of the interschool trial advocacy team; interschool mediation advocacy team; Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law journal, and Pepperdine Moot Court Board. Mr. Pouya is also an active member in the American Bar Association; and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
