introduction
Mr. Nadeau chaired the International Trade Committee of ITAC in the early 1990s and was one of the IT Sector’s lead negotiators during the NAFTA Negotiations focusing on market access, rules of origin and customs procedures. Mr. Nadeau offers Counsel-to-Counsel services to in-house corporate counsel who wish to become value-added providers of client-centred legal services to their corporate clients. His areas of practice include corporate-commercial and IP litigation, Information Technology, Procurement and Employment Law, Conflict Management & Dispute Resolution (CMDR), and Negotiations.
