DANIEL L. BONNETT is a graduate of Augustana College (Ill.) and Drake University School of Law. Mr. Bonnett is admitted to practice in the states of Illinois, Iowa and Arizona as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth, Seventh and Ninth Circuits and United States District Courts for the Districts of Arizona, Central District of Illinois and Connecticut. Prior to moving to Phoenix, he was engaged in a corporate law and general litigation practice as a partner in a northern Illinois law firm. Mr. Bonnett has handled a wide variety of litigation matters involving employment discrimination, retaliation and wrongful discharge under state and federal statutes including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Federal Civil Rights Acts. He serves as counsel for the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Joint Council 97 and Locals 2384 and 2960 representing the employees of Phoenix, Maricopa County and the State of Arizona and is counsel for Laborers International Union Local 1297.

Mr. Bonnett is a member of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section; former National Co-Chairman of the ABA/EEOC Liaison Sub-Committee, the National Employment Lawyers Association; Arizona Employment Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association and Arizona State Bar Association. He has also written and lectured on topics related to current labor and employment law issues.
