Everything that this title company did was wrong from the start. Scheduling an appointment at the wrong location, including a person no longer on the loan on the paperwork, miscalculating the closing costs, every payoff was handled differently causing two to be late (used ACH, USPS check to borrower, USPS checks to two payoffs, etc). The mortgage broker was fabulous but this company is a trainwreck from start to finish.
