DON’T TRUST THIS MAN!!!!!!!! Rohit Dharwadkar was by lawyers at the time, and I wanted to meet him at his office, he told me that his office was closed down so we decided to meet up at a restaurant, he gave me only 5 mins of conversation and he made me sign a paper which made me give him Permission for him to take money out of my account, THIS man told around $875 DOLLARS out of my account, than HE DISAPPEARED ON ME AND TOOK all of my $875 and I WOULDN’T TRUST THIS MAN EVER AGIAN AND IF UR READING THIS DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!!

I worked with Eric to set up my first business and he was great to work with. I really had no idea what I was doing, and he walked through the steps, got the paperwork in order, and took care of everything for us. I've even talked with him when I had other legal/tax questions, and he was happy to schedule a call and discuss. It makes me feel better knowing I have a resource like him when I have a question.
