I went there because Jacob Emarni associates is located there and you must sign in when visiting and upon leaving the building you must be sign out,and can everyone wears mask and the my reason I gave 5 stars is for the purposes of my visit.

Amazing law firm! Nilufar is a true professional and so helpful with evictions. She is always responsive and goes the extra mile. It is really a pleasure working with her!

So far I just got their services for a 3 day notice and like the way they treat you , if you have any questions they answer in a polite way and I have talked to their attorney over the phone and she was straightforward, she didn't laid and I got a better idea on what to do ,I'll see how it goes if I get their services for an eviction

I sent an urgent email, didn't hear back for a few hours. So I called. Nobody picked up. I'm gonna try another company.

Hated them.
