Extremely Disappointed! I have been a client since 2022 and just finalized the paperwork and still no distribution. The QDRO that was submitted to the courts and the retirement company’s were submitted with errors. First and the most obvious disappointment was due to poor attention to detail and very poor communication and customer service from Sarah B. And Katie G. Unfortunately, I had to stay on top of this case. Mr. Muir had to get involved after I requested a closer look. After this closer look, I was entitled to more money due to errors from both Katie and Sarah’s calculations. Other disappointments occurred such as being ignored when I mentioned in an email only one QDRO judgment was submitted to the courts when we had two plans to distribute; this caused even more delays. I truly feel that so many errors could have been avoided. While Mr. Muir is very knowledgeable and professional, due to his overall staff and associates, I would recommend another firm since he doesn’t handle the case personally- only the initial consultation.

The QDRO submitted to mine and my ex's retirement company was submitted with errors. First and the most obvious poor attention to detail was our addresses were reversed and now it has been rejected due to another error. For as much as we paid, I would expect perfection. We have been going through this since October of 2016. Find another lawyer. I wish I had. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Richard has done a wonderful job representing my son. He is kind, compassionate and very competent. He not only knows the law, he knows how to relate to people on a very human level.

Delays, poor follow-up - I can't even find a website! Who doesn't have a website? It's been many months. I can't even get a call back or an email. I need the processed finished. They were paid in advance, over a year ago. I guess my case is no longer important although unfinished.
