I could've voted for 1 star, but lets be real. This company could be helpful on other things. If you are looking to purchase a home, DO NOT use this lawyer. This lawyer does not provide a title search/insurance service at all. I was referred to contact countless other title search people trying to find someone who would just perform the title search and insurance so I can use Nigro. NOPE! You must use their lawyers for title search and insurance AND closing. Wasted hours and hours on searching for someone. Nigro wasn't even helpful on this. Ended up requiring to pick one of these title search companies to complete the purchase of my home. Wasted 1 month of my time when I could've gotten my house purchased by then.

Joe is nearly impossible to get in touch with. You can leave a voice mail and hope he'll call you back in a few weeks. Still haven't heard back. This is not a firm that's very responsive and actionable.

Attorney Nigro has a genuine desire to help his clients and his fees are reasonable
