I am so very grateful that Robert Peirce & Associates were recommended to me. My Attorney, Elizabeth was extremely wonderful throughout the entire process. She is very professional and has compassion for the situation her clients are dealing with. She took the time to communicate and keep me updated on the status of our case. She went above and beyond! Inquiring about a child with major disabilities to retain help is hard. As a parent it feels like your speaking of your child in a negatively eventhough you aren't. To have to repeat it over and over again while looking for the right firm takes a toll. THIS FIRM WAS NOT IT! Not a shred of dignity or any type of bedside manner was shown at all. I had to ask myself "did that really just happen," when I ended the call.

This place is a joke and whoever my sister talked to was rude. They handled a case for my dad and when they were to mail checks to myself and my siblings each and every check was addressed wrong and they could care less. Now my siblings have to wait 30 days because of their mistake. They hired another lawyer to get our information and that’s who they blame. I would look for a law firm who doesn’t throw blame around and actually cares

Usually law firms have support staff who are timely and courteous, but not this one. The receptionists were rude, paralegals were overworked, and you couldn't get anyone to be responsive. An all-around negative experience. Do not use.
