I had called with a few questions About a previous conversation I had about had with a representative.. Who is very kind and helpful. So when I called back, I spoke to a woman named Mary and she was the rudest most condescending representative I’ve ever had to deal with. She kept trying to make me out to be a liar. She didn’t let me finish speaking or explain My reason for calling. She jumped to conclusions. It made me feel absolutely terrible.

This company works for FMC. I was paying them until I lost my income. I had hardships, their response was to garnish my state taxes. Now they are garnishing my wages. They have taken more money than I owe, but not giving me credit for payments made. May they burn in Western Hades. Good riddance when this debt is paid. It is true you can never get them on the phone. I have tried.

Appears that their attorney Tricia M. made a false claim about serving me in person (I was visiting another state at the date they noted) I don’t even live in Michigan also have no idea what this is regarding since I’ve never been contacted by their plaintiff. Horrible.

Garnished the tax refund of a senior citizen while student loans were pending approval for forgiveness. The biggest group of bottom-feeders aside from Navient that I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to deal with.

Absolutely a POS company. Likes to take advantage of older people and charge double what they owe. They’re not BBB accredited and only have a 1.8 star rating. Would rate lower if I could.
