While in Law School Adam was on the Dean’s list all semesters, received the New England Scholar Award from 2013-2015, was awarded the Trustee’s Academic Scholarship from 2014-2016. Manoog III, located in Hyannis, handling personal injury, worker’s compensation and criminal defense cases. Born in Weymouth, Attorney Tilden graduated from high school at Cohasset High School. She earned her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies and Spanish from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, cum laude. Attorney Tilden graduated from Boston University School of Law, cum laude, in 1997. Some of her accomplishments include being named a Paul J. Liacos Scholar in law school, and serving as a Case and Note Editor for the Boston University International Law Journal. Attorney Tilden is active member of the Plymouth District Bar Association. Attorney Tilden is a certified member of the criminal defense bar advocate panel in Plymouth County. She is admitted to practice before all Massachusetts courts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to opening her own firm, Attorney Churchill worked as associate counsel for 6 years in the Tort Department at Keches and Mallen, P.C., which was located in Taunton, MA. Attorney Churchill graduated from high school at Whitman-Hanson Regional High School in 1983. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University College of Criminal Justice, cum laude in 1988. She was President of Alpha Phi Sigma, the National Criminal Justice Honor Society while attending Northeastern. Thereafter, Attorney Churchill graduated from New England School of Law in 1991. Attorney Churchill served as President of the Plymouth District Bar Association from January 2013 through January 2014, and served as a member of the executive board for 3 years prior to that. Attorney Smith is a strong advocate for the rights of injured and disabled. He possesses over 25 years of legal experience. After graduating with honors from Boston University School of Business Management, he started his career as a workers compensation claims adjuster. Attorney Smith soon realized he could accomplish more in his career if he earned a Law Degree. He decided to attend Suffolk University Law School on Beacon Hill, Boston, MA. Soon after graduation, he worked briefly at a prestigious Insurance Defense Firm in Boston, Massachusetts. He quickly realized he did not want to represent big insurance companies and employers against the working class. Attorney Smith then took his talents to Lowell, Massachusetts and practiced law at one of the largest plaintiff oriented law firms in Merrimack Valley. It was there he determined it was his calling to represent the less fortunate and pursue injury and disability claims on behalf of clients and their families. After handling personal Injury, disability and workers compensation matters for over a decade in Lowell, he was offered an opportunity to work at one of the largest plaintiff personal injury firms in the State of Massachusetts. While at this firm in Boston, he handled countless workers compensation and third party claims on behalf of his clients. After working at a large specialty plaintiff personal injury law firm, he decided he could properly serve the needs of his clients if he started his own law firm. Attorney Smith is the founder of the Mass Injury Group. His firm represents hundreds of clients across the state of Massachusetts. Joe McKenna focuses his practice upon the litigation of Worker’s Compensation claims and Social Security Disability claims. The son of a union plumber, Joe predominantly represents workers from the building trades and utility industries who have suffered serious injuries. Such injuries range from electrocution, traumatic brain injuries and heart attacks to muscular/skeletal injuries. Joe has lectured widely before both union and non-union groups on the worker’s compensation statute. He is the author of a “Handbook for Injured Workers in Massachusetts” and a perennial recipient of Martindale – Hubbell’s highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards. Prior to joining Segal Roitman in 1996, Joe worked in the worker’s compensation department of Wynn and Wynn, P.C. for approximately eight years. Joe also served a clerkship for the late William Joseph Patrick Cleary, administrative judge at the Department of Industrial Accidents.

Mr. Flaherty joined Keches Law Group, P.C. in 2004 with a background in the construction industry. He is a former member of the Local 7 Steel and Ironworkers Union. Sean received his bachelor's degree summa cum laude from Quinnipiac University. While at Quinnipiac University, Mr. Flaherty was named to the Phi Beta Kapa International Honor Society. He earned his law degree from New England School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.Before joining Keches Law Group, P.C., Mr. Flaherty interned with the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office.
