About Heather
Heather Conger joined Siegel & LeWitter in 2006 and has been practicing solely in the area of employment litigation and advice. Ms. Conger has represented employees in a variety of employment-related cases involving sexual harassment, retaliation, disability accommodations, wage & hour law, public policy, family leave, and discrimination based on age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, and family status. While in law school, Ms. Conger was a volunteer counselor and co-director for the East Bay Worker's Rights Clinic and now serves as a volunteer attorney for the clinic. She also worked as a volunteer law student advocate for the Legal Aid Society-Employment Law Center's Unemployment & Wage Claims Project, representing low-wage workers in administrative proceedings involving unpaid wages and claims for unemployment insurance.
