Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

A woman fell upon entering a clothing store. She sustained a catastrophic injury. The Insurance company claimed that there was no defect. Upon my clandestine inspection of the entrance to the store I perceived no readily visible defect. However, I had a hunch. I commenced the lawsuit and then motioned to the Court to allow formal inspection of the entrance; the Motion was granted. The expert witness I selected to examine the entrance confirmed my hunch. Indeed the expert discovered the defect that caused the fall. The case soon settled for a six figure amount. The client was very happy.

How did you build a successful practice?

Needless to say, hard work. Myself and the other lawyers in my office strive to treat each of our clients in the manner in which we would want to be treated. We communicate with our clients regularly keeping them involved in their case. We never settle case with out the client's authorization. We offer free consultations for many areas of the law in which we practice and do not take on cases if we do not think it is the best interest of the client. The words honesty, openness, ethical, aggressive, loyal, determined, creative, knowledgeable, flexible and professional all apply. We offer evening and weekend appointments.
