Harrece Gassery is an attorney licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana. After graduating law school in 2004, Digger returned home to rural Louisiana and went straight to work, trying his first case the week after being sworn in as a lawyer. Tim is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He received his Law Degree from Loyola University in 2000. Jacob Longman is currently the Managing Partner of Longman Jakuback, APLC. A botique litigation firm, Longman Jakuback specializes in complex and criminal litigation at the trial and appellate level in both state and federal court. Jacob spent time in both law enforcement and the military before attending law school. Before graduating from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, he was President of the Student Chapter of the Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense lawyers, worked as a student investigator for the East Baton Rouge Public Defender's Office and was a judicial intern at the 19th Judicial District Courthouse. He career has taken him across the state of Louisiana. Several of these have set legal precedents in the field of criminal law. These include State v. Crockett, State v. McQuarter, State v. DiGeralmo, and State v. Steele. He is currently the President-Elect of the Louisiana Associate of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

L. LABAN LEVY is a partner with the law firm of Simon, Fitzgerald, Cooke, Reed & Welch. Mr. Levy graduated from Northwestern State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1998 and received his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law degree from the Paul M. Jack E. "Bobby" Truitt was born in Texas, but raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. After graduating from Jesuit High School of New Orleans, he attended Louisiana State University where he obtained a business administration degree with a minor in political science. He then obtained his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law and has been licensed in Louisiana and Texas since. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State and Federal District and Appellate Courts and has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court as well. Mr. Truitt began his practice with a small defense firm that practiced primarily admiralty, worker's compensation, and general casualty litigation. However, he soon joined a larger insurance defense firm in Metairie, Louisiana where he began trying many cases on behalf of major national clients such as Kmart, Cox Cable, Tonti Properties, and Walgreens; there, he obtained numerous "zero verdicts" in bench and jury trials. Mr. Truitt soon became a partner in this firm, but was dissatisfied with the "big firm" mentality, so he formed his own firm with two assistant district attorneys, who thereafter returned to practicing criminal law on a full-time basis. The Truitt Law Firm continued with the association of Jack E. Truitt, Bobby's father, who has since passed, and others. The firm continues to represent major national clients successfully at the trial and appellate levels.
