Leaving the IRS he worked for the US Department of Transportation Inspector General in Washington DC. While working full time for the Federal government he completed Law School and began the practice of Law Licensed in Virginia in 2001. In 2006 he was admitted to practice law in Washington. Overall, Mr. Francis is licensed to practice in Virginia, Washington, and New York and is in Federal District Court and the Federal Court of Appeals. He is in the United States Immigration Court and United States Tax Court. He is also and Certified Public Accountant in Washington, Oregon, California, Virginia, and Maryland. He has been a Certified Fraud Examiner for about 30 years and has done numerous asset tracing and analysis and is trained expert witness in money laundering. He was a adjunct professor at George Mason University teaching a para legal studies certificate program for several years while practicing law. He worked with the Fairfax police academy in courtroom techniques He has extensive legal training and experience of nearly 25 years in numerous legal areas including criminal law defending up to murder cases, (both jury and bench trials), dozens of high asset divoce cases, child custody isses and just about every family law matter.
