About Nazanin
Nazanin Javanmardi was born and raised in Iran. She moved to the United States when she was 17 years old. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Ms. Javanmardi earned her law degree from Western State College of Law. While attending law school, she interned with the Public Defender’s office and helped with representing clients who were not mentally able to represent themselves in legal matters. Thereafter, she worked at Western State Clinic, representing clients as a certified student attorney. The clinic provided pro bono immigration services to low-income non-citizens.
Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Javanmardi was awarded a distinction for public services. After obtaining her law degree, Ms. Javanmardi began practicing in the field of creditor’s rights where she represented creditors such as Capital One, Discover, and Bank of America for the collection of defaulted consumer debts by litigating pre-judgment cases and enforcing judgment cases. In 2019, Ms. Javanmardi joined Fitzgerald & Campbell as an Associate Attorney.
Ms. Javanmardi is fluent in Farsi and is admitted to practice before all California state courts. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking, yoga and traveling internationally. We are thrilled to have Ms. Javanmardi join the Fitzgerald & Campbell family as she brings a wealth of knowledge and skill that will undoubtedly benefit our clients.
