Kevin Roach is a native St. Louisan and has been practicing law in Missouri and Illinois since 2001. After receiving his B.A. from Colorado State University in 1993, Kevin Roach attended St. Mary’s University School of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2000. Kevin makes his home in Wildwood with his wife and two kids. When he’s not in the office or courtroom he enjoys coaching his son’s little league games, attending Cardinal and Blues games as well as the great-outdoors. He is an avid skier and enjoys regular ski trips to Colorado with his family. Whether he is traveling, fishing, or skiing it is important to be able to share these passions with his family and friends. Kevin and his wife are active with several charitable organizations and are members of St. Alban Roe Parish. Most recently Kevin and his wife became licensed foster parents. Helping disadvantaged children has been very rewarding and similar in many ways to helping his injury clients. Bar Admissions include Missouri, Illinois, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Tor Hoerman is a nationally recognized attorney who has served in the field for more than twenty-five (25) years. He is most well-known as the founder of our personal injury law firm, TorHoerman Law (THL). Having garnered success leading the pharmaceutical branch at the Simmons firm, Tor amicably decided to split from Simmons in 2009 and start his own pharmaceutical and personal injury practice called TorHoerman Law, LLC (THL). After negotiating the terms of the split, Tor struck a deal that allowed him to bring his entire staff from Simmons to his new practice, which summed up to more than 25 lawyers and staff members.

Tyler joined TorHoerman Law in 2013 and has spent a majority of his time with the firm working on our mass tort litigation.

Chad Finley is a partner at TorHoerman Law and has been with us since 2009. Chad focuses on representing clients who have been wronged by the tortious acts of others, including but not limited to: Pharmaceutical cases; Medical device cases; Products liability cases; Mass tort cases; Catastrophic personal injury cases; Wrongful death cases; and Whistleblower actions.

Joshua P. Myers is a founding partner of the Premier Personal Injury Law Firm, Schultz & Myers, LLC. Mr. Myers exclusively focuses his practice on Personal Injury Law and specializes in Tractor-Trailer Semi-Truck Accident cases. He is known throughout the community as a fierce advocate for injury victims and takes a no-nonsense “guerilla warfare” approach when fighting the insurance companies. Throughout his career, Josh Myers has devoted 100% of his time to fighting for injury victims. This intense focus on injury law as the foundation which has led to his successes. In just the past several years alone, he has helped obtain tens of millions of dollars in settlements and judgments. In particular, his practice specifically focuses on two areas – commercial motor vehicle collisions (tractor-trailers) and insurance litigation such as bad faith and coverage determinations. Given his notoriety in these areas, the Missouri Bar Association has asked him to train other lawyers on how to properly investigate and litigate commercial motor vehicle cases. Charlie focuses his legal practice in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, social security disability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, general civil litigation, and employment law. Charlie served as Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Crystal City from 2004-2007. Charlie has been a guest speaker and lecturer for various civil organizations and educational programs, serving as an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis Community College and guest lecturer at Jefferson College and currently serves as Adjunct Professor at Jefferson College.
