Joe is a trial lawyer. He brings his litigation skills to a variety of matters, including the representation of people injured in automobile and motorcycle accidents as well as other types of injury cases. Joe has also spent a great deal of his practice assisting people in divorce, custody and other areas of family law. For over 7 years, Joe served on the Shawnee County guardian ad litem panel, handling Child In Need of Care and juvenile offender cases. He often represents grandparents, foster parents and others who are concerned with the safety and welfare of abused or neglected kids. Joe served several terms as chair of the family law section of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association now the Kansas Association for Justice, and organized their family law continuing education programs, in addition to teaching legal continuing education for other organizations. Joe handles major felony cases, including numerous homicides, drug cases, and sex offenses, as well as DUI, property and traffic crimes. Joe has taught continuing legal education on the topic of criminal voir dire (jury selection) for both the Kansas Association for Justice and the Kansas Bar Association. Joe also handles guardianship and conservatorship cases, and represents clients in administrative hearings with DCF and other state agencies.

Ronna M. Steele is a practicing lawyer in the state of Louisiana. Attorney Steele received her J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 1989.

Fletcher Dal Handley, Jr., is a civil justice attorney with The Handley Law Center in Oklahoma. His practice is focused on Personal Injury Law, representing those injured in automobile and trucking accidents. He also practices in the area of toxic exposure, representing Oklahomans exposed to asbestos and other toxic substances. He maintains a sub-specialty in the area of oil and gas, representing mineral owners in the sale and lease of their minerals. He is both a civil and family law mediator.

I focus my practice on seeking justice of the accused in criminal matters and for those injured by no fault of their own. Facing down the power of the State or the insurance companies as the case may be is daunting. You need someone on your side, willing to fight.

I was exposed to law at an early age as my grandfather and father were trial lawyers, grandmother was a court reporter and my uncle was a US Marshall. I had the opportunity to view trials starting at a very young age and see how a trial lawyer was able to help a client through very difficult times. In high school, I excelled at debate and was encouraged to pursue the practice of law. I enjoy trying cases and helping clients and families achieve justice through the legal system.

Since his admission to the Louisiana Bar in 1988, J. Douglas Sunseri has practiced in diverse areas of the law. From 1990-1994, J. Douglas Sunseri worked under Attorney J. William Becknell, the legal counsel for Mr. John Mecom, Jr. and his affiliated companies. Mr. Mecom was the initial owner of the New Orleans Saints and had numerous holdings in oil & gas, hotels, real estate, professional sports and related businesses. As a result, Mr. Sunseri was fully educated in broad areas of law and business. Mr. Sunseri has participated in litigation involving employees, insureds, employers, insurers, and self-insured funds for property/casualty, employers' liability, employment discrimination, sexual harassment and worker's compensation claims. Other areas of practice consist of personal injury, insurance coverage, flood claims, hazard claims, wind-driven rain claims, business interruption, errors and omissions liability for insurance agents/insurance companies. Mr. Sunseri's practice also encompasses commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, incorporations, corporate agreements, employment contracts, licensing for intellectual property, leases, real estate, estate planning, wills, trusts and successions. Since Hurricane Katrina, Mr. Sunseri has specialized in a broad range of insurance issues including disaster litigation, insurance coverage, and business interruption. Also, Mr. Sunseri has concentrated in construction law, federal / state contracts, government contracting, licensing and information technology (IT). Mr. Sunseri's litigation experience includes jury trials in state and federal court. Mr. Sunseri also practices before worker's compensation judges with the Louisiana Department of Labor, administrative law judges and Special Masters assigned by the National Football League. He has directed litigation to the United States Supreme Court in connection with the National Football League and the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA). Mr. Sunseri has conducted numerous seminars on topics involving Hurricane Katrina, government contracting, land contracting, construction, employment issues, worker's compensation and estate planning. Also, Mr. Sunseri serves as legal counsel for the Gulf Coast Government Contractors Association (GCGCA), a trade association for securing government contracts in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast region. Recently, Mr. Sunseri was named as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Louisiana by Louisiana Attorney James "Buddy" Caldwell.

Andrew Martin was born in Chicago, Illinois and lived in the Chicago suburbs his entire life. Mr. Martin lived in Schaumburg, Naperville and Plainfield. Mr. Martin graduated from Purdue University in 2005 with dual degrees in Economics and Political Science. In 2008, Mr. Martin received a Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. Mr. Martin is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Northern District of Indiana and the Indiana Supreme Court of Indiana. Mr. Martin’s practice is focused primarily on Family Law, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense and Real Estate. Mr. Martin enjoys baseball, football and golf. Mr. Martin is available to represent clients throughout Indiana including: Hammond, Gary, East Chicago, Crown Point, Munster, Highland, Griffith, Dyer, St. John, Hobart, Valparaiso, Lake County, Porter County, LaPorte County, Jasper County and Newton County, Indiana.

Jason was born in Lafayette, Indiana, but grew up in Brownsburg. Jason started college at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and eventually transferred and graduated from Loyola University New Orleans. While attending Loyola University New Orleans, he worked in the Loyola University Archives and at the Loyola University School of Law. After working as a partner at the firm of Yosha Cook Shartzer & Tisch, alongside the trial legend, Louis “Buddy” Yosha for nearly 13 years, Jason decided to start his own firm. Mr. Shartzer currently sits on the Brebeuf Alumni Board of Directors, as well as the Board of Directors for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. His accolades include an AV-rating (the highest rating an attorney can earn) from Martindale-Hubbell. He was also named in the “Top 40 Litigation Lawyers Under 40” multiple years running, as well as the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” by The National Trial Lawyers in 2014, a Rising Star in Super Lawyers multiple years, and a Distinguished Fellow recipient from the Indianapolis Bar Foundation in 2014.

Amit Singh’s primary practice is civil and criminal litigation in the State and Federal Courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In addition to working for a prestigious Boston Law firm, He has worked for the District Attorney’s office in Bristol County, MA and has handled over a thousand cases. He has successfully tried fifty-four jury and numerous bench trials. Amit Singh has represented hundreds of clients nationwide at hearings in front of Administrative law judges for social security disability, workers’ compensation and immigration matters, and he is a certified mediator. Attorney Singh handles criminal defense and workers’ compensation and personal injury matters for the firm in both MA and RI. He has represented numerous OUI/DUI & Criminal Defense clients in MA and RI.
