Eric enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and coaching youth basketball, soccer and baseball. Eric also volunteers in his church and the community to help others in need.

Martin J. McManus, a third generation attorney, has long been dedicated to the practice of personal injury, wrongful death, car accident, medical malpractice, personal injury protection and a range of other legal areas since 1987. As a trial lawyer for 23 years, specializing in civil and criminal matters, Martin offers years of experience and extensive knowledge of the law, as well as a deep dedication to his clients. Attorney Martin McManus is a 1987 graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law in Toledo, Ohio. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Notre Dame (ND) in 1982. William Davis, a native of East Liverpool, graduated from the Ohio State University School of Law and immediately joined Aronson and Fineman. By 1986 he had already tried enough personal injury and wrongful death jury trials that he earned certification as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the State Trial Lawyers Associations of Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. He is a former President of the Columbiana County Bar Association, a former Trustee of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and a former Governor of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. He was formerly on the Board of Governors of the Ohio State Bar Association, its Ethics and Grievance Committee, and its Negligence Law Committee. His practice consists in large part of representing personal injury victims and settling wrongful death claims. He is known for complex litigation involving insurance, medical malpractice, product liability, utility liability, and all types of vehicle crashes. His clients have included other lawyers, their spouses, and secretaries. He regularly acts as co-counsel or consultant to other lawyers in their representation of victims suffering from personal injury or wrongful death damages. In addition to being a licensed attorney, William is an instrument-rated single and multi-engine private airplane pilot.

Sandy Meizlish is the managing partner at Barkan Meizlish, LLP, with extensive experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability law. Throughout his career, Mr. Meizlish has worked diligently to represent individuals injured or wronged through the negligence of others. He also represented clients accused of drug crimes, handled several court-appointed capital cases, twice tried cases that were argued before the United States Supreme Court and worked in medical malpractice and other torts. Jason focuses his practice on complex civil litigation involving business and real estate matters. In his business litigation practice, Jason has experience representing clients in matters involving the rights and obligations of shareholders, officers and directors, LLC members and managers, business partners, and other business stakeholders, the enforceability of restrictive covenants such as non-compete and confidentiality agreements, the collection of commercial debts, the application of state and federal laws governing consumer protection, unfair competition, trade secrets, copyrights, racketeering activity, and securities fraud, and a wide variety of other contract and business tort disputes. In his real estate litigation practice, Jason has experience representing clients in matters involving construction disputes (including owners, developers, design professionals, contractors and suppliers), commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, commercial and residential foreclosures, the enforceability of purchase-sale agreements, broker/agent entitlement to commissions, broker/agent duties and disclosure obligations, compliance with architectural / structural requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), condominium and homeowners association governance, equitable lien rights, title disputes, mortgage fraud, insurance claims and a range of other real estate related contract and tort issues. Jason also has experience representing clients in other civil litigation areas such as labor and employment disputes (including discrimination, wrongful termination and wage/hour claims), trust and estate disputes (including the duties of a trustee and matters of fraud or undue influence), and professional liability disputes (including malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty claims involving lawyers, accountants, real estate brokers/agents, insurance brokers/agents, design professionals such as architects and engineers, and healthcare providers such as hospitals and physicians). Jason is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). The CFE credential is conferred by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the world’s largest anti-fraud organization and provider of anti-fraud training and education. The mission of the ACFE is to reduce the incidence of fraud and white-collar crime and to assist ACFE membership in fraud detection and deterrence. Jason was born in Abington, Pennsylvania in 1982. He received a merit-based Founders Scholarship to attend Tulane University and graduated cum laude in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in both Business Management and Legal Studies in Business. Jason then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2007. During law school, Jason was selected to become a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board and later served as a Moot Court Board Vice President administering the 2006 Negotiation Competition. In addition, he won the Fall 2005 Advanced Moot Court Competition and was a finalist in a 2006 American Bar Association Regional Negotiation Competition. Jason is involved in a variety of local organizations including as a Board Member of the B’nai B’rith Justice Unit # 5207, a member of the Broward County Bar Association, and a member of the Tulane Alumni Club of South Florida.

Attorney Dominic D. Salvatori is a native of Allegany, New York (South of Buffalo). He graduated from Archbishop Walsh High School in Olean, New York in 1971. He received a Bachelor's Degree from LaSalle University in Philadelphia in 1975 with a major in Political Science. He obtained his Law Degree in 1978 from the University of Pittsburgh. Upon graduation he served as labor counsel to the city of Worcester, Massachusetts. He subsequently returned to the western Pennsylvania area where he was workers' compensation counsel for Wheeling - Pittsburgh Steel. In 1983 he founded the staff counsel office for Aetna Insurance Company in Pittsburgh, which he managed for five years. In 1987 he decided to devote his career to representing injured workers and other accident victims. Attorney Salvatori models his philosophy of professional service after his late father, Dr. Dominic P. Salvatori, who was a dentist in Allegany, New York for over forty years. Attorney Salvatori believes that the practice of law should still, above all else, be a profession.
