Destiny Davis, an Associate Attorney at Lipinski Law, was admitted to practice law in Florida in 2021. Mrs. Davis obtained dual Bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University, obtained in 2017.She went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2021, with a Concentration in Social Justice Advocacy. Mrs. Davis currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Young Lawyers’ Board for the Palm Beach County Justice Association (PBCJA), and is a member of the Florida Justice Association (FJA). She is dedicated to advocating fair access to the courts through education, collaboration, and advocacy. Beyond her legal engagement, she remains actively involved in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and contributes as a mentor for the local organization Youth Empowered to Prosper. Her commitment extends to community improvement, with a focus on enhancing access to higher education for underprivileged youth and families. Formerly an Education Advocacy Attorney, Mrs. Davis recently transitioned to civil trial practice with Lipinski Law, aiming to broaden her legal expertise and effect meaningful change in a new legal domain. Drawing from her past role, where she advocated for the rights of students and families, negotiated with educational institutions and provided community training on educational law, Mrs. Davis brings a passion for justice to her work in personal injury cases.

Admitted to the DC and SC Bars, I hold a Juris Doctor from Syracuse College of Law, obtained in 2022, and a Master's Degree in Studies in Law from Wake Forest University School of Law. My legal journey began with over ten years of experience in Personal Injury and Civil Litigation as a non-attorney. Attorney Diana Devine was born in Queens, New York, and initially raised in Staten Island, New York, but moved to rural northeastern North Carolina at age 13 and attended Perquimans County High School in Hertford, North Carolina. She knew she wanted to be a lawyer since she was eight years old. Whenever she was asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, she would answer with confidence, “A lawyer!”. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from East Carolina University in 2004. Diana jumped right into the legal field, working as a paralegal and law firm administrator for a general practice law firm in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, for over ten years. She gained invaluable experience in practice areas such as personal injury, civil litigation, criminal defense, workers’ compensation, real estate, domestic law, and much more. She continued her legal career by attending Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She graduated in May 2018 and swiftly passed the July 2018 North Carolina State Bar on her first try. She began working here at Brent Adams & Associates after passing the Bar in August 2018. As a student in law school, she received several honors and scholarships, such as the Academic Merit Award, Dean’s Scholarship Award, and even a Book Award. She also participated in several groups and competitions, such as Moot Court, Alternative Dispute Resolution Competitions, Trial Advocacy, PILAR, Christian Legal Society, American Bar Associations Law Student Division, and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International. As an attorney, Diana is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Advocates for Justice, Wake County Bar, 10th District Bar, and the American Association for Justice. Attorney Diana Devine is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina, and the United States District Court, Middle District of North Carolina. She will be admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Western District of North Carolina, and the North Carolina Supreme Court in the near future. She wishes to argue in front of the United States Supreme Court one day so that admittance will come next.

Alex grew up in Newcastle, Oklahoma. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. While earning his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas, Alex interned with the Travis County Drug Court Program assisting individuals modify their driver's licenses. Alex returned to Oklahoma for law school, where he attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and met his wife, Tayler. During law school, Alex earned his legal intern's license and practiced in the OU Law Criminal Clinic. He attended the OU Law Oxford program and was a student member of the Luther Bohanon Inn of Court. Alex interned for the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office and for the Cleveland County District Attorney's Office. After graduating law school, Alex was hired as an Assistant District Attorney for the Cleveland County District Attorney's Office, where he practiced for 5 years. During his time as an Assistant District Attorney, Alex prosecuted thousands of cases from beginning to end, including jury trials ranging from DUI to Murder. Alex handled the Community Sentencing Prison Diversion Program for the Cleveland County District Attorney's office, where he grew the program's participation. During his time at the District Attorney's office, Alex regularly taught courses to the Oklahoma City Police Department, Norman Police Department, and Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Alex helps people navigate the complicated and often frustrating process of dealing with insurance companies and medical providers. He uses the skills he learned and honed as a prosecutor to help victims injured by someone else to achieve justice. When insurance companies refuse to do the right thing, Alex fights for his clients and holds the insurance companies accountable. In his spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs. He is an avid traveller and scuba diver. He also enjoys hunting and fishing on his family's cattle ranch. Alex volunteers as a therapy dog handler with his dog Bandit. Alex and Bandit belong to the Human Animal Link of Oklahoma (H.A.L.O.), where Alex serves as a board member.

Attorney Michael Berman is dedicated to helping wrongfully injured clients with various legal concerns, especially those dealing with personal injury law and workers’ compensation. Mr. Berman previously worked as a prosecutor with the State’s Attorney’s Office for Anne Arundel County, though he has ample experience in many different areas of the law. He has continually taken on challenging positions throughout his legal career, each of which has added to his legal knowledge and supported his ability to successfully represent his clients. Born and raised in Maryland, Attorney Berman attended DeMatha Catholic High School before he went on to University of Maryland College Park. Attorney Berman then earned his JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Concentration in Litigation and Advocacy. While in law school, Attorney Berman served as an Associate Comments Editor on the University of Baltimore Law Review, where he honed his legal writing skills. Mr. Berman also represented clients in civil commitment proceedings as a student attorney with the Disability Law Clinic, before going on to work as a Certified Mediator for the Health Advocacy Unit in the Office of the Attorney General. Attorney Berman was hired as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable J. Michael Wachs in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County after he graduated law school. While working in that position, he frequently reviewed motions, conducted legal research, and assisted Judge Wachs with the preparation of various court rulings. During his time as an Assistant State’s Attorney, in addition to his sizeable caseload, Mr. Berman was responsible for screening DUI cases, sifting through hospital records, conducting competency hearings, and training colleagues on DUI case law. He started on the District Court team, before being promoted to the Circuit Court, and ultimately to the Auto-Manslaughter Trial Team. Attorney Berman’s extensive trial and litigation experience qualify him to take on complex and challenging injury cases. Having handled thousands of serious traffic cases, Mr. Berman knows precisely how to help injured clients fight for their rights after serious car accidents, pedestrian accidents, and other similar cases. Attorney Anthony Iacono was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. He graduated from Canisius High School and went to John Carroll University where he studied political science with a concentration in legal studies. Anthony was an active member of their debate team. He then went on to graduate from Canisius College. Anthony received his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a concentration in civil advocacy. He graduated cum laude, was a member of the Cooley Mock Trial team and the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.

Thanon Rezvi is a distinguished and uniquely qualified lawyer, admitted to practice in both England, Wales and the State of New York. Called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in October 2018, Thanon began his legal career with a strong foundation in advocacy after the completion of his Bachelors of Law in London. His subsequent admission to the New York Bar in June 2025 further expanded his ability to serve clients. Thanon has demonstrated exceptional leadership and skill in managing complex disputes in the courtroom. His meticulous approach to case preparation, coupled with his keen negotiation acumen, has resulted in numerous favorable resolutions for the firm’s clients. Aaron was born in Phoenix, Arizona, but grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado. He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force just weeks after 9/11, serving as both a flight medic and a police officer. While deployed several times, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Phoenix. Following his military service, Aaron worked as a federal officer for the Department of Homeland Security. He led and managed multiple large teams responding to disasters and civil unrest across the United States. During this time, he witnessed the destruction caused by natural disasters firsthand. Aaron later earned a Master of Arts in Homeland Security from Regis University.

Mr. Bucher has been practicing law in Wisconsin since 1981. His area of practice includes complex litigation, criminal defense, personal injury, government law, open records/open meetings, campaign finance and election law and victim's rights. Previously he was District Attorney of Waukesha County, WI where he handled cases from police executions, murders, sex assault, robbery, narcotics, corruption, traffic, DWI, open records/meetings, elections and numerous other areas. In the Spring of 2023, Attorney Bucher merged his firm with Attorneys Peter Wolff and Ronald Sonderhouse, to form Bucher, Wolff & Sonderhouse, LLP.
