Our attorney, John Stevens, began his legal career after graduating from the Mississippi College School of Law in 1989. During his law school years, he served as chief justice on the Mississippi College Honor Court, as well as a staff member for the Mississippi College Law Review. John has been practicing law ever since, amassing nearly three decades of experience.

As a longtime resident in Chicago, IL, Attorney Gregory R. LaPapa is proud of the roots he has in the community and honored to use his skills to help families and individuals facing tough legal challenges. Attorney LaPapa has been prosecuting and defending complex legal matters in Chicago for decades, and his lengthy experience and tough negotiation tactics make him an attorney you will want to have on your side. Navigating the court system can be very intimidating, even when you are confident of the facts in your case. Attorney LaPapa is a graduate of DePaul University School of Law. After passing the Illinois State Bar Exam, he began his legal career working with the Illinois Attorney General’s office as an Assistant Attorney General. Since then, he has spent over 30 years helping Illinois residents resolve a wide range of legal matters, including criminal defense and domestic violence cases, DUI charges, and serious traffic violations. As an animal rights advocate, Attorney LaPapa’s passion for justice extends to all creatures. His philosophy of “have law, will travel” sums up his straightforward approach to helping others. Attorney Kimmel is a Senior Partner whose primary practice area is civil litigation with a focus on family law and general civil litigation including personal injury. Attorney Kimmel is admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of Connecticut as well as the Connecticut federal district courts. He is a member of the Connecticut, Milford and Fairfield County Bar Associations, as well as the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). Greg Kimmel is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law (J.D. 1997). He received his M.B.A. in management from Sacred Heart University in 1997 and his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island (B.A. 1991). Greg currently serves as the Chairman of the Pension and Retirement Board of the City of Milford of which he has been a member for the past 7 years. He previously served as the Vice Chairman of the building committee for the Orange Avenue Athletic Complex. Greg is the former president and long time board member of Birchwood Country Club. In his spare time Greg has been actively involved in coaching youth athletics in Milford.

Paul J. Dillon is the managing partner of the firm. Since 1992, Mr. Dillon maintains specialties in the fields of business law, real estate law, personal injury, employment, and criminal matters. Mr. Dillon combines his outstanding academic and legal credentials with the business and accounting experience he obtained while working for a national accounting and consulting firm, to identify and explain to clients, adversaries, and juries the financial impact of various legal issues and disputes. After spending nearly five years with the consulting practice of Arthur Anderson & Co., Mr. Dillon earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1992. During law school, Mr. Dillon was awarded clerkship at the Wayne County Circuit Court, the United States Attorney General's Office, and Pepper Hamilton LLP, a nationally recognized law firm. Mr. Dillon received his bachelor of arts in 1984 from Kalamazoo College, where he captained the Division III football team for two years, while also being active in intercollegiate baseball and wrestling. Mr. Dillon also studied in Hannover, Germany for a semester of his undergraduate experience. He has been honored to have been designated as a Michigan Super Lawyer and continues to strive to the highest of standards for the practice of law. Paul is married to JoDee, his wife of twenty-nine years. The Dillon’s have five children and live in Plymouth where both Paul and JoDee attended Salem High School. Paul enjoys watching his children participate in a variety of sports.

Tom Chute is a 1990 graduate of St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York and a 1993 graduate of DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. For more than three decades, Tom has tried numerous cases to verdict and obtained millions of dollars in settlements and awards on behalf of injured clients. His common sense approach to each case and jury appeal has earned him a reputation as one of the leading trial lawyers in the Chicago area. Tom is also frequently appointed by his fellow trial lawyers to serve as an Arbitrator. His reputation as a practical, no-nonsense lawyer makes him one of the most sought after attorneys among his peers. Tom is a frequent speaker at legal seminars, professional organizations and law schools in Illinois, including the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education, National Business Institute and DePaul Law School. He is also a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and The Society of Trial Lawyers. Tom was also featured in Persona, a local Naperville magazine.

Ben has 22 years of experience representing clients in serious personal injury matters, disputed property insurance claims and other civil matters where people have been damaged through various forms of bad behavior. He has also represented several insurance companies in state and federal litigation in Florida. He is admitted to practice in both Florida and New Jersey, where he first began practicing law after attending Rutgers University for both his law and undergraduate degrees. He was an editor of the Rutgers Law Review during law school. Some of Ben’s reported matters include: Plastic Surgery Center, PA v. Malouf Chevrolet – Cadillac, Inc., 457 N.J. Super. 565 (App. Div. 2019) (setting precedent on the statute of limitations for medical provider claims under New Jersey Workers’ Compensation statutes) Mehta v. Fairleigh Dickinson University, 530 Fed. App’x. 191 (3rd Cir. 2013) (reversing summary judgment granted to private university on plaintiff’s racial discrimination claim) Capodici v. City of Jersey City, 2005 WL 2452698 (D.N.J. 2005) (denying summary judgment to police officers on plaintiff’s civil rights claims arising from an unlawful arrest) Ben was also honored to have been selected to defend a sitting Superior Court Judge in New Jersey against charges of misconduct brought by other members of the judiciary. The formal charges against her sought removal from the bench but after a trial before a panel of the New Jersey Supreme Court in Trenton, the charges were reduced to a two-month suspension. Ben moved to Pinellas County in 2018 and became a member of the Florida bar. He began practicing at a large downtown Tampa firm handling complex insurance coverage matters before joining the Magazine & Light Law Group (now Light & Wyatt) in 2022. Ben enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, and enjoying the rest of Tampa Bay

As a litigator, John Q. Stoltze is proud to represent John Q. Public in any way he can, through trial and appeal. He passionately pursues his clients’ interests and tells it to them straight. Working with his dedicated team, he aims to get the best result possible for his clients and guides them through the hurdles and processes their legal claims will put in front of them. John likes to focus his expertise in personal injury, car accidents, and workers’ compensation, but often finds himself jumping into civil rights law and contract and insurance law, with the occasional class action on the side. Like the law, ever changing, John focuses on the problems his clients have at the time and will endeavor to aid them. Through years of practice, John has helped obtain favorable outcomes for numerous clients. John came from a family of lawyers, with his father and two of his brothers practicing before he, as the youngest, was finally able to get himself to law school at Des Moines’ local Drake University Law School. Now, he and his brother Bruce Jr. practice in their own firm as partners with their team of legal professionals. Working with his family has led him to benefit from the decades of experience of those that came before him. When outside of practice, he gets involved with the Iowa Association for Justice and interacts with the many attorneys that field the organization, spends time donating to the occasional charity for organizations like the Blank Children’s Hospital and the iCare Eat-a-thon, and works with his friends on a budding media business, BS Legal By Design. When he comes home, he cuddles up with his lovely partner and their adorable yellow lab, Logan.

Stephen grew up in Casper, Wyoming and spent much of his childhood working on his family’s ranch. He attended the University of Wyoming and received three Bachelors Degrees while making the Dean’s List. He then attended the University of Wyoming College of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 2002. After being inducted into the Wyoming Bar Association and Colorado Bar Association, he and his wife, Julie, moved to Pueblo, Colorado. Stephen and Julie have been married for 26 years and have six children. Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, camping, fishing, and coaching children’s soccer. He is the President of the pueblo Rangers Soccer Club, which provides access to soccer programs for children of all ages, skill levels and financial means, including programs for children with special needs. Stephen has been practicing law since 2002, with a primary practice on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and social security. In his 17 years of practicing workers’ compensation law, Stephen has represented injured workers in all stages of litigation. He has argued cases before the Colorado Office of Administrative Courts, the Colorado Industrial Appeals Panel, the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the 10th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals
