Emily is a Board Certified Family Law Specialist and has practiced almost exclusively family law since becoming an attorney in 2003 and formed McFarling Law Group. Emily became a certified mediator in 1999 through Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. Emily receives mediation referrals from family court Judges through the Settlement Masters program as a trusted and effective mediator. Emily is a certified Parenting Coordinator on the Outsource Referral list for the Clark County Family Court and works with high conflict parents to resolve ongoing disputes.

G. Oliver Koppell, a cum laude graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School, has a distinguished legacy of service in both the private and public sectors. He brings more than 40 years of legal experience to bear on every case and has successfully represented clients in many areas of practice. Mr. Koppell is a former New York State Attorney General. In addition, he has served as a member of the New York State Assembly and the New York City Council. Mr. Koppell has vast experience in both trial and appellate courts across New York and beyond. In fact, he has argued before the Supreme Court of the United States. This experience offers meaningful benefits to our clients. A Vietnam veteran, a graduate of Mitchell Hamline Law, a professional poker player, a former disc jockey, and onetime personal bodyguard for rocker Rod Stewart, Brian also sits on the three-person board of directors of the El Paso Sports Commission, charged with promoting sports tourism. He also runs the El Paso County Coliseum, drawing acts from around the United States and Mexico.

Jeffrey R. Windsor, Esq. is a civil litigation attorney and mediator. He established Windsor PLC in 2012 and has more than two decades of experience representing clients in complex legal matters. I am a registered neutral in Georgia, focusing on domestic legal matters. As a neutral, I can help individuals facilitate their conflicts through mediation or arbitration. Resolving conflict without the aid of our court system is not a novel practice and it is certainly something families engage in every day. As a neutral, I guide the parties through negotiations and if necessary, can assist in drafting a mediated agreement or as an arbitrator, reaching a decision with consideration for the parties’ stated position. If the dispute requires court intervention, as an attorney practicing in metro Atlanta I have experience representing and assisting individuals and families with all aspects of family and matrimonial law including but not limited to divorce, custody, domestic violence, property division, parenting plans, child support, and legitimation. Despite the adversarial nature of litigation, my focus remains on ensuring my client’s interests remain with their children.
