Robert A. Morris, Jr. has been practicing law in Hernando County since 1991 when he started his career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit . While working at the State Attorneys Office he prosecuted a variety of crimes including DUI’s, misdemeanors and felony offenses. Born in Indiana Robert graduated from Culver Military Academy in 1984 and then continued on to received his undergraduate degree from Ball State University located in Muncie, Indiana in 1988. Robert graduated Law School from Valparaiso University School of Law, which is located a short distance from Chicago Illinois, in 1991. Robert relocated to Florida after graduation from Law School based upon his work in the horse industry and settled in Ocala where he started his career as a prosecutor. After taking and passing both the Florida and the Indiana bar exams within two weeks of each other he was assigned to Brooksville, Florida where he has remained ever since. Robert started his practice in 1994 while living in the back of his office on a side road in Brooksville. Over the past 14 years his practice has grown into a full service law firm catering to the diverse clientele of the area. Suzanne Cichon is the founder and managing attorney of Athena Law PLLC. She is committed to providing quality legal services to her clients in the most cost efficient manner possible. Ms. Cichon, or Suzie Mac as she is affectionately known, is a native of Glasgow, Scotland, who naturalized as a US citizen in 2018, she is a Wife and a Step-mom, and enjoys tutoring kids in civics. In addition to practicing law, she is formerly the lead singer of a band, an avid golfer, and is highly involved in her local community.

Prior to forming the law office of Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC in Tampa, Florida, C. Todd Marks attended the George Mason School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Marks graded on to the Law Review and served as the Symposium Editor. Mr. Marks practiced law in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Marks began his legal career in Washington, DC and McLean, Virginia with the law firm of Shaw Pittman, LLP where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups. In the meantime, Todd remained active in local and national political campaigns. Todd eventually worked for law firms Connolly, Bove, Lodge & Hutz in the commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups where he developed a general practice which included estate planning and other business law matters. His experience includes real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, corporate formation and transactions, estate planning, employment law, and family law. Mr. Marks is the proud father of two boys and a girl. Mr. Marks serves on the Board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation and has served on the Board of Church at the Bay.

Her volunteer service includes having served as chairperson of the Florida Justice Center, where she helped FLJC become Florida’s first criminal legal aid organization and volunteered at the expungement clinic. Jessenia has also been a board member of the Pinellas Latin Bar Association and served as a chairperson of the Clearwater Bar Association's Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Jessenia currently lives in the Tampa Bay area with her two daughters. They enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Ben has 22 years of experience representing clients in serious personal injury matters, disputed property insurance claims and other civil matters where people have been damaged through various forms of bad behavior. He has also represented several insurance companies in state and federal litigation in Florida. He is admitted to practice in both Florida and New Jersey, where he first began practicing law after attending Rutgers University for both his law and undergraduate degrees. City of Jersey City, 2005 WL 2452698 (D.N.J. 2005) (denying summary judgment to police officers on plaintiff’s civil rights claims arising from an unlawful arrest) Ben was also honored to have been selected to defend a sitting Superior Court Judge in New Jersey against charges of misconduct brought by other members of the judiciary. Ben moved to Pinellas County in 2018 and became a member of the Florida bar. He began practicing at a large downtown Tampa firm handling complex insurance coverage matters before joining the Magazine & Light Law Group (now Light & Wyatt) in 2022. Ben enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, and enjoying the rest of Tampa Bay
