I established my Estate Planning practice with a focus on one basic principle: helping people create a plan that protects their families both now and in the future. As a mother, I understand that, ultimately, everything you do is about your family. It’s about developing a relationship with each client allowing me to use my skills and knowledge to create the future that my clients envision for themselves and their children. It’s about maintaining that relationship over time so that as life changes and your family grows, your goals are still achieved and your children are still protected.

I am a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law and Georgetown University, as well as a former professor in the Calloway School of Business at Wake Forest University. I am a member of Wealth Counsel, Forsyth County Women Attorneys, Forsyth County Bar Association, Winston-Salem Bar Association and the North Carolina State Bar. Additionally, I am a member of the Cancer Advisory Group for the Wake Forest Comprehensive Cancer Center and the National Organization of Social Security Representatives. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Yadkin Valley Economic Development District.

I have two children and 35 nieces and nephews. I have the unique insights of a practicing lawyer, former professor, and full-time mother. As a member of a large, close-knit family I realize how important it is for parents to take action now to preserve their assets and protect their legacy.
